Food was great! Love all the food options. The portobello and Brie Grilled cheese sandwich was great.

Got a table right away which was great and server was friendly. We got our food way too fast which ultimately led us to be surprised, but not in a good way. Food was cold and tasted as if it was prepared well in advance. Server did not come by often to check, which was surprising considering there were a lot of folks working. Shakes were subpar as well. Will not be going back.

Great food. Service is normally faster than this visit. We waited at least 15 minutes for our order to be taken. There is nothing soft to absorb the sounds, so it is quite noisy.

Enjoyed the Brunch! The only issue was the fruit (melon was not ripe and hard to bite) but I liked everything else. The Food taste was more like 4.0 out of 5. But I put 3 star rating because it could be way better obviously.

I had recently been to the restaurant.

I had been there before and had the same useless male server.

Don't go there.

The new menu is so terrible.

The server did not even have the courtesy to get me a water I asked him for.

He was more attentive to a large table . All about a tip I presume

The smoked salmon was awful.

Do your self a favor and don't go to this restaurant.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered an overpriced salad, some of the toppings were inconsistent temperatures (like some of the chicken was warm and some cold, same with the caramelised onions). It was supposed to come with soup, and my friend and I realised afterwards we never got any. His pasta was lukewarm and also very disappointing. Additionally, the day after dining there, I realized the salad didn't have a poached egg on it, as advertised. Not planning on going back.

Very mixed about this place, mainly put off by the different levels of service depending on who we encountered. Some we met were very gracious, welcoming, whilst others left us wondering why there is such an inconsistency in the level of service provided. Whilst waiting for the rest of our party to arrive, I did order a smoothie in advance but that only turned up 20 minutes later. Quite a wait which I couldn't understand.
As mentioned by other reviews, the portions are huge. In my opinion, quite wasteful - many of the dishes couldn't be finished. The pancakes, huge, the waffles, huge, the whipped cream, plentiful. Do take that into account when making your choice. One of our party did ask for another plate so that we could remove some of the cream as it was inappropriate for our toddler. The server we asked said we had to pay for it, which is quite unheard of. At our surprise, she referred us to who I guess is a senior server who promptly provided us with a plate no questions asked.
The quality of the food itself was OK, difficult for me to judge as I went with quite a safe option with an omelette. The eggs were ok, probably made from liquid eggs as whilst i normally can finish up a 5 egg omelette at home, I couldn't finish this due to the quantity. The grilled vegetables were fine, tasty balsamic vinegar though.
Apparently the mashed potatoes are better than the cubes so go with that option when you're given the choice. They did forget my bread but that's fine, the dish was plenty filling without it.
The place is quite popular, quite lively during the whole time we were there. Expect to pay around $20ish for a dish which is on the high side for me for breakfast/brunch dishes, although these portions are ginormous so that probably factored in.

I don't get how people think this place offers affordable food. I payed over $25 for a plate of room temperature mac and cheese I could have made at home for $3. I have not been this disappointed in a restaurant in a long time.
