We have been getting All Out Burger since they opened in our area. The last four times we have been very disappointed in the food. Our order has been messed up everytime and the taste of the food has gone downhill big time. Poutine doesn’t have much gravy to the point where I had to make gravy at home to put on it, I even asked for extra gravy and it was basically dry. Caesar salad had no bacon and burger didn’t have bacon either. It will no longer be out favorite local burger joint!

I had the original burger combo. It’s a decent flat top burger. I think a lot of people are gonna like it. It arrives all dressed, it comes together well, it’s tasty, it’s fresh. The last bite is as good as the first. You could do a lot worse. Now I’m gonna get a little picky. I tried a piece of the burger patty on its own. It’s a bit dense in texture and it has a kind of machine made look to it. The patty itself has good char on both sides but is under-seasoned, however as I said the burger comes together quite well. The fries are decent — if you like chip wagon fries you’ll like these. It’s not my preference, though, the tiny little three-quarter inch pieces of crispy fried potato get on my nerves after a while and the box smells like peanut oil. The fries were also way over-salted. This place does not sell Coke, which is a disappointment and they don’t have cans only the 591 ml plastic bottles. I’m a pretty messy eater and the tiny diner style serviettes don’t cut it for me. Now that I’ve got the picky stuff out of the way, I will come back here again. It was open when I needed it to be and I enjoyed the combo. Ottawa is going through a kind of burger Renaissance right now and there are some pretty good burger places popping up. It’s good for the consumer to have choice and it pays for the burger restaurant owner to keep their standards up. That’s all for now. Thank you.

As far as I’m aware, this seems to be the only place with halloumi burgers in Ottawa, and it does not disappoint!

First, I want to emphasize that the service is UNBEATABLE here. But I do feel a bit short-changed in that the burger you get is nowhere near as big or "loaded" as any of the burgers on the big ad right outside the restaurant--which is what drew me in to the establishment. But now, with my complaining out of the way, back to the service. The cashier was SUPER-FRIENDLY. She was even nicer to the guy who came in right after me, even asking him "How's your day going?" And you could tell she really cared. Then--here's the astounding part--after he ordered his burger, she replied "And no mayo on your burger, right?" Now, based on the number of reviews this place has, it's a fairly busy location. So how on earth could the cashier be able to remember how an individual regular customer likes to customize his burger? That's what makes the service UNBELIEVABLE, and pushes my overall rating from a 4 to a 5.
The young guys who work here do a great job. The burgers we ordered were good.

MAC AND CHEEZE LOVERZ ONLY Thier burgerz and dogz, chicken sandwichez are amazing but I am rating the mac n’ cheeze … it iz crap. No cheeze pull, no cheeze sauce NO FLAVOUR!!!! …. Just noodlez with a watery cheese flavour. Don’t waste the $10 absolutely not worth it. Total crap.
