My husband and I have been in Ottawa and area for almost a week, and this is the best dining experience we've had. When we walked into the restaurant, I fell in love with the atmosphere and decor. Food is generaly good. The service generaly excellent. BUt if there was one critisism to make; it would be the acoustic within the restaurant. it is very difficut to hold a conversation.
First time dining at Al's. The service was top notch, our server answered some of our questions in French when she heard us speaking the language. The appetizer was abundant enough for two. Steak was cooked to perfection as per our request. We are “out of towers” but will definitely be back to Al's Steakhouse. Highly recommend!
