This place isn't what it used to be unfortunately. The food selection has been reduced drastically & they got rid of the grab & go section with the refrigerator upfront, which used to have a nice selection of sandwiches, salads & baked items of good quality. Now the options are limited & the quality not as good as before. Also the overall ambiance isn't as good as it used to be. Too bad because it was a nice place with a nice atmosphere to sit down and grab a bite or have a cup of coffee while getting some work done or just to have breakfast.
Wheelchair accessibility: very accessible.

Stood at the counter for 5 mins while two employees chatted away
Love this cozy spot to come and spend time with friends and co-workers! The atmosphere and seating is wonderful and there is usually plenty of options for seats. They also have games ! Their Chai Latte is one of my favourites in the city. Hours are also fantastic.

The only vegetarian option on the menu wasn't available so I got the bagel with cream cheese, but it wasn't fresh and rock hard. Very bad experience.

Such a wasted opportunity! The first time I came here a couple years ago they had yummy food, good coffee and I was able to get some work done later in the evening — which was great because nowhere else in the area is really open that late. Since then it’s gone downhill! The past 4 times I’ve visited they have somehow “run out” of food. How do you run out of all the food on your menu by noon? They have also gotten rid of their WiFi so I’ve had to use my own data has a hotspot. Too bad because it’s a nice ambiance and has great hours :/ it could be so much better
It’s a vibe at night here, cozy place to study and not that many people on a weekend
Great place for lukewarm "hot cocoa", abysmal service and a brownie that leaves a lot to the imagination as to what could be one. I had to pick up the drinks myself after tipping for "service" and being specifically asked if it was for here or to go. There are no labels on the food and the barista gave us a peanut butter cookie after ringing in an oat meal cookie. We kept the cookie as it marginally saved the "desserts" section from any further embarrassment after what the brownie did. We literally had to rinse our mouths with water before we left. The only saving grace is the decor which is modern and calming. Kudos to the hotel for that!
Not sure how the other reviews for this place manages to give it any credit.

Nice place to visit and have coffee. Lovely ambience and the only drawback is that there is no wifi. The service people are nice and courteous. Hope to visit the spot again to have nice coffee with wifi

There is no food service, it is a modern hotel with great service. It is a very good quality-price ratio.
