Very tasty!
Great little place. They do some staple / comfort foods really well. It’s got a lovely vintage bohemian vibe. You order from the counter rather than from the table, bring your dishes to a bin after your done. Prices are super reasonable. We went for breakfast but super interested in checking out the evening events as well.

Great ambiance for a coffee, but the wait times for food can be over an hour. They need more staff.
Great little cafe hidden in Vanier. Art gallery and weekend fun with kids workshops and some stand-up comedy.

Recently moved to Beechwood and found this gem. Everyone's so kind and the food is fresh and homemade. We found out about the vegan pancakes which they no longer had on the menu and they kindly offered to make them for us anyways with ingredients they had on hand. Made a special vegan sauce for us for the veggie dog as well. Will definitely be our go to for brunch now. Prices are also very reasonable. Can't wait to come back.

Disappointed with the long wait times. Two cup of beverages should not cost you your 40 minutes of time. I kept waiting for entire an hour for food but yet it was not ready. Finally, I had to leave after getting the refund for food. Other than that the place is very commodious, artistic and ambient.
EDIT: The group of 8 people arrived about 15 mins after I did.

We waited an hour for our food, but it never arrived. The restaurant was severely understaffed and couldn’t manage wait times effectively. We received lattes after only half an hour. I ordered a matcha latte, but it tasted like a random mix of matcha, milk, and water. It lacked the creamy texture I expected. I wouldn’t recommend the matcha latte. Despite these issues, the ambiance was cozy and inviting.

It's a nice and cozy little spot in Vanier. Food is simple, yet delicious. We went for a Saturday brunch, and the eggs Benny was top notch.

This place is a little gem hidden where you're never expect it to be. I absolutely love the art gallery atmosphere and would come back just for that. The food was good, like homemade which is nice, although the wait was quite long. I'll be coming back for sure when I'm in the area.

Just stopped by Aninas Cafe for the first time, will 100% be back! The 2 staff members working were so nice and the iced latte is arguably the best iced latte in ottawa. I got the chilli fries (12$ for a HUGE delish portion) and my partner got the breakfast meal. Totally worth the visit!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Really cool cafe that is super comfortable to hang out in. I usually bring my laptop and park it there till 4 when they close!
The food is always good (burger is my favourite) and the breakfast slaps too.
I was surprised with how big Anina’s cafe was - the second room has art, couches, record player and more
Neat place!!
