To anyone that is thinking of staying here find another! Reason depending where your from the rates change! Also the 4 of us found the food to taste good but we all spent the remainder of out trip on the toilet from food poisoning with one of us spending an overnight in the hospital. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Liked the location and price but they need to put current information on their site. The restaurant and bar were not open. While they have parking at $25 per day, the free parking is on the street starting Friday at 5:30pm until Monday morning at 7:00 am. So if you are not their on a weekend you pay for parking either with them or in the public lots. They do not offer daily room cleaning unless you stay for more than 2 days and you must request the service 24 hours in advance and I assume this is because of covid When you check in there is a $75 per day refundable charge added to your bill for security reasons This all needs to be explained on their website for clarity and to allow you to make plans for any dining or transportation needs you may have or want to do The staff was very friendly and helpful allowing us to enjoy the time we spent in the city. The 3 stars for cleanliness is because I found a used Kcup at the foot of the bed. And while the overall appearance of the room and bathroom was clean I had some reservations as to how well it was done. The bed is on a platform with no access to underneath but does over hang the foot of the bed where you would normally vacuum

This was a great place to stay! Perfect location in the heart of downtown, well appointed room, super comfortable bed, and staff who went way above and beyond the call of duty. We were very impressed.

The hotel was clean, with helpful staff that were always around when we needed them, and the location was very good as we were able to walk or scooter everywhere we needed to go. Parking would be a problem in the underground garage if you had a bigger vehicle as the height was pretty tight but fine for my Corolla.

Receptionists were friendly. Room was clean and convenient. Just had some issues with the payment afterwards but it was resolved by my bank. Price was kind of high but maybe that was the average in downtown Ottawa
We stayed for 5 nights for a mini-vacation. The location was central to everything we wanted to be near. The hotel itself was clean and quiet and the staff were great. The lounger was closed due to COVID and housekeeping was upon request but they were very responsive and accommodating. Yes, the parking garage has a low roof but there are many public parking options if you drive a larger SUV or truck. We enjoyed the convenience of the parking garage. No complaints!

I stayed here recently and was very pleased. The staff are very helpful and friendly, clearly dedicated to service. The room I rented was for one person and very comfortable. The hotel is also in a central location. I am sure the amenities are great, though they were closed when I stayed due to Covid-19. If I visit Ottawa again this will be my first choice of my place to stay.

Steps to Parliament Hill, to Rideau Canal and other landmarks. Great location, no need taxi. Rooms good enough. Windows are not in the best condition. The hotel is very compact. Was nice staying for 2 nights for family of 3. Reception and all personal are very friendly. Recommended.

We spent one night in the romantic luxury suite for our anniversary and we enjoyed it. The room was clean to my liking and I’m picky. Staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Our Uber Eats delivery restaurant forgot to pack utensils and the hotel was able to provide us with spoons at least. The parking garage has very low clearance height (about 5”9) and will not fit large vehicles, thankfully we have a medium size car so it wasn’t an issue. The bed and pillows were comfy, no pain when I woke up. My only complaints are the ice maker on our floor wasn’t working (staff aware) and there was no mini fridge. The location is perfect, close walking distance to Parliament Hill. I’ve stayed at better places and also much worse places. Overall I was pretty satisfied.
