Attended art Haven for the second time yesterday. Thought perhaps it would be a fun thing to do with my two granddaughters as The previous visit with one granddaughter turned out wonderful. So youngest granddaughter of just about six years old chose a kitty cat to paint which took her all of 20 minutes maybe and then afterwards she was bored lol at one point, my older granddaughter and I turned around only to find the little lady passed out, sleeping on the bench. Excellent customer service. The cashier, whose name was Beatris(?) was amazing. So knowledgeable welcoming and polite. I felt incredibly welcome and the entire evening I had here was beyond my expectations. I will come back most definitely. This is the best environment I’ve ever had in a store like this. Great atmosphere, and big selection of pottery pieces to choose from. I had a lot of fun during my time there, and have no complaints in that area.That being said, me and my friend were slightly disappointed with the results of ours products when we got them back. On my mug, the glaze had pooled in weird drips on the bottom causing a foggy appearance. With my friend’s mug, the glaze was too thick at the bottom and created a strange texture.
