I dislike the use of plastic food containers rather than compostable ones. The food is just below Bourbon Street Grill quality, so very good for the downtown core. Bean sprouts are a much appreciated vegetable side option. Sauteed corn would be nice to have. The portions are still generous.

Consistently good American style Chinese fare. Big portions - a 2-item combo is easily two s/m portions. General Tao is crispy, tasty and plentiful. The Pepper steak has *crisp* stir-fried peppers, onion and cabbage and nice texture beef with a delicious sauce. As someone noted, it is similar to a good Manchu Wok location. Staff are friendly and let you have noodles+rice with the combo plate. Food court is expansive or visit the sunny atrium with a waterfall and upholstered seating.

Missed this spot during the pandemic. Love getting the “2 items” plus noodles. Orange chicken, general tao, sweet and sour pork are all great! Calorific for sure but a good craving-fixer.

It's a food court Chinese place so keep your expectations in line with that. The orange chicken tastes good but is almost sickly sweet, the noodles, rice, and vegetables are all exactly as you'd expect. Nothing to write home about. This place is very similar to a Manchu Wok or Shanghai 360.

Slop not fit for a jail cafeteria.
This was the best Chinese food I have ever had. Tasty and fast service. I fully recommend Asian Gourmet!
Tasty Chinese food served hot and quick to satisfy that lunch time craving.

Cafeteria quality food. Fast but cheap and with very limited flavour, quality and freshness. Okay for a quick lunch, but not great quality.
Many places serve Orange Chicken or spicy beef with vegetables but this place is my favourite. Tastes great and portions are generous.
Good service, tasty food, portion is good. Recommend!
Great service. Best Asian food in downtown
Great selection and always tasty. Service is super fast. Seating is food court style and pretty busy at the lunch hour.
