The combo plate 9 was what I ordered, no cutlery like I put in the delivery order. Chicken balls are as tough as if they were nuked in the microwave, tao chicken was a little more tender, enough rice to feed an army. Chicken balls had small piece of chicken and thick tough dough that went into the garbage. Spring rolls were OK, as was egg roll that came with the combo plate. Maybe if I dine in I would have more choices, I am at work and couldn't order off the menu and have a ton of leftovers. It was delivery, so no idea what the atmosphere is or the service, Uber couldn't figure out where to go, even though I had give clear instructions.

Super excited to find a Chinese restaurant that has very authentic Cantonese flavours and is probably one of the only places in Ottawa that has a similar taste to what you can find in Toronto. Wok Hey seems to have inherited the Google Maps page of the previous restaurant but it is in fact under new ownership since about 7 months ago.We got the pepper salt pork chop, fish with tofu, and stir fried rice noodles with beef. Everything was cooked well and the seasoning is spot on for our tastes. The noodles had some wok hei flavour, the pork chop was fried nicely and with a good amount of aromatics, and the fish tofu had a freshly fried tofu and a good sauce that held its texture till the end of the meal.Staff are very nice. 10% off pick up orders. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.

We were craving for chinese food and found this online. As soon as I read a review that this is REAL chinese food, we decided to get food here.Lily greeted us with her radiant smile when we came in. She showed us their menu and helped us look for what what we wanted to order. They were very busy, clients and delivery guys coming in and out to pick up orders and Lily greeted them all with a smile. She just seems to be genuinely happy to be there. She is a truly an asset to the company as she was kind and helpful.The food was amazing! We were so glad to have found this place. Now we know where to get real chinese food when we’re back in the area. Highly recommended!

The best scallion chicken and garlic choy sum in Ottawa! ! ! I drove here specifically to eat. It exceeded my expectations. The boss was very welcoming and the food was huge. I felt like I could eat one Yangzhou fried rice for two days.
