First time placing take out order at Athens Grill this evening. I forgot to ask the women's name who served me. She was awesome, accommodated me for all my needs & even packed my salads separately due to long travel out of town. Both chicken souvlaki & Schwarma chicken were very flavourful. Chicken was better then most bigger name greek houses. Everything was fresh & tasty. Highly recommend as this will now be my go to place for Greek & Lebanese. Thanks again for the amazing food & service.

My wife and I stumbled upon this place by chance. She had never tried this kind of food and I had limited experiences. It was so wonderful and tasty. Great service and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be going back when I get a chance.

This is one of the best Shawarma places in Ottawa. Each and every item on their menu is a must try. My kids love the beef sandwich here. If you are looking for a new place to eat, Athen’s Grill should be on your list.
I used to go regularly.. earlier it tastes really good compared to other well known shawarma places.. but today chicken tastes like baked with floor.. quality going south and $ going north.. Really disappointed with the quality today.

This was not my mistake it was a mistake your staff made. It’s always the same two ladies working when I go in. I waited there for 20 mins for my food and we were chatting. She even had mentioned that she wasnt feeling well that day and was dizzy. Sometimes they take payment before making the food and sometimes after the food is ready. Between the wait time and our chat its possible we both may have been distracted. She handed me my food and said “have a good day see you next time.” None of this was an issue and the money is not important which is why I even said yesterday charge me double. The problem is how unprofessional and disgusting your behavior was in handling this manner. Just because you know where i work it does not give you the right to go into my place of work and have any sort of discussions with my manager about my order period. Again this is a form of harassment. Your wife taking the phone and yelling at me and telling me to wait there for her to call the police is also disgusting. I dont understand how you can admit to your staff making a mistake and accuse me of theft at the same time. You know that I am a regular there you should have just waited until next time I come in to let me know of the mistake that had been made. Going to my place of work is where you went wrong here and have lost business from myself and colleagues as a result.
