I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. After ordering drinks, I experienced an extended delay of over 20 minutes, during which my food was already finished by the time the drinks were still not served. When I finally asked to cancel my drink order due to the long wait, I was told by the bar manager that it was already poured and refused to cancel it.
If the drinks had already been poured, then why did it take such an excessive amount of time to serve it? Despite the delay and the inconvenience, I was still asked to pay for the drinks, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the manager’s behavior was unprofessional and rude, adding to the overall negative experience.
I understand that things can sometimes go wrong, but the lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude of the manager only made matters worse. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both the timeliness and customer service to ensure a better experience for your guests in the future.

Our server was good and attentive and the poutine was amazing! But the short rib was not hot, bland, and overall dissapointing. And for the price, I can't recommend it. Also, guineas is $11 which is kind of steep. But, if your craving poutine highly recommend.

Visited on a Monday and the host was poor. Brought us upstairs when there were spots downstairs. The server upstairs didn't recommend the house beer. Then when I ordered it for my second beer, he overcharged me not giving me the drink special price that was on. The server admitted it but didn't offer to fix the price. We asked for wings and the server came back from the kitchen to tell this they had none. The poke bowl we split was palatable but overall lacked flavour in the dressing and ingredients.

A charming yet unpretentious Irish pub in historic downtown Ottawa. While the decor is fairly generic, the atmosphere is warm, the service is welcoming food is good, and pints are great.

Very basic. Might see this bar in an airport in Texas. I was only there because it was open late.

Amazing bangers and mash.
The daily soup was a Cajun chicken and it warmed me right up after a day of walking for Interlude.
Loved it!

It’s a nice restaurant in the area.
Nice atmosphere and setup.
Staff are nice, professional and friendly.
The food quality is good. There are different drinks options to choose.
One thing I noticed is that there is no music makes the restaurant very quiet! Better to play something in the background.

It's okay, food average, I'm sure you could find better. Expensive for what you get.

There’s no breaks for the guys working preparing the food- unless they have a smoke break. They also stand for the full shift. I saw sore legs from standing in one spot. Don’t eat anywhere where there is a lack of employee rights.

Nice location with French Quarter style upstairs balcony. The seafood chowder had a good flavor and came mainly with fish, shrimp and vegetables. The fish and chips we ordered had one huge piece of fish filet in a nice crunchy batter. The wait staff was friendly and service was quick. We sat at a table upstairs and had a nice view of the street surroundings. Overall prices were reasonable and we had a good experience.
