The staff was all very friendly and our meal was great. I only gave it 4 stars because we had two servers and it made things confusing as we were asked the same questions multiple times, and they didn't seem to communicate with each other which was slightly annoying (it was just my husband and I). We had reserved a private room, for a celebration of life dinner. When booking a private room there is a minimum amount you must spend. So if you don't reach your your cap, just order double and take it home! All staff are friendly and accommodating. Appetizers were done well. Worst meal ever at BR. Smaller less choices on the menu. The worst chicken sandwich I ever had. KFC big crunch is far better. There was too much breading and not enough chicken to even taste it.
