Balbakis my favorite shisha place in ottawa .i like the place and the owner (ahmed) especially. He is very kind and take pride in his business. Professional service and an amazing atmosphere. Drinks are great specially the tea with mint( try it)I am impressed with how the place is always clean. Friendly environment - would definitely recommend!

Great place, awesome shisha, and wonderful staff. Perfect combo for a shisha cafe! They use the large heads for shisha which is great because it doesn't burn out quickly, and they are generous with the tobacco. The owner is very friendly and nice, and the atmosphere is ideal. Definitely recommended!
