Delicious! Chef Resa and her team can really cook! Tasty, with Caribbean flavours . The catering is done to perfection. My recent orders are for Christmas and the jerk turkey is juicy and amazing. Good portions and sauces to accompany. The Catering is excellent. Well organized with pickup times and well packaged. I will be a customer for a very long time!

Baccanalle provided team meals during the training camp of our local professional basketball team. We had a variety of meals to choose from, and the portions were very generous. Everyone loved it. Baccanalle provided food for a 13 person, 2-day event (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks). Their catering allowed us to enjoy our time and relax without having to worry about food. It was fantastic and everyone loved it. The portions were generous and we had such a good variety of food such as jerk chicken, burgers, crepes, pancakes, stir fry, quesadillas, etc. and most food options came with lots of sauce. The reheating process was easy and the food looked and tasted as if it was cooked fresh at our location despite traveling almost 4 hours away, from Ottawa, to a cottage. Baccanalle was very easy and enjoyable to work with. They were extremely accommodating and helpful when it came to them providing their services to suit the event appropriately. I will not hesitate recommending Baccanalle for your next event, they truly made ours very special.
