Order a sushi tray as a pickup order. This place was a go to. However I noticed the quality declining and this time the sushi tasted old and poor quality and I felt nauseous after eating. Hopefully it doesn't stay that way

I have ordered a lot of sushi from here and it is top notch every time. Quality is unmatched by the other places we have eaten at. Highly recommend this as a take out option 100% We haven’t eaten in restaurant yet but may someday soon.

Ordered takeout from Banc Sushi, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and neatly packed. Everything held up perfectly on the way home and still tasted just as delicious as if I’d eaten it in the restaurant.
The portions were generous, and my order was ready exactly on time — a sign that they’re well-organized and care about customer satisfaction. It’s clear that quality and consistency are a top priority here.

BANC SUSHI IS THE BEST SUSHI IN OTTAWA! I honestly don’t understand all the one-star reviews this is the only sushi place I buy from! I’ve tried almost every sushi spot in the city, and no one even comes close to Banc. Their prices are unbeatable, the menu is huge, and everything is always fresh and delicious. Do not order there. The sushis were bland, my noodles were overcooked and the veggies in it were not cooked enough somehow, like it was crushy. I also had to add my own spices because it was digusting. The noddles were mush and my strawberry bubble tea was frozen and the bubbles inside were on life support. They couldnt even go through the straw. Im so embarrassed that I spent 30$ on this place.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. We were greeted rudely by the hosts and servers. One of the server was rude from the start she didn’t even take a drink order, just dropped water on the table before asking us what we wanted to drink and walked away. The staff stood around staring, laughing, and making us feel completely disrespected. One of them even came over twice just to stare at our food. It was insulting and uncomfortable the entire time. This place has no respect for its customers.
The food was extremely greasy, especially the chicken fried rice and the shrimp udon noodles and the spicy beef. I’m not sure what happened to the management, but it used to be better.
