Uber Eats order arrived completely cold because they packed the drinks right beside the Bahn Mis. Decent Banh Mi, but c‘Mon folks. Delivery 101.

The worst customer service which I have never seen it the behavior of stuff the polite of stuff is just %0.0 I waited for the order 35 to 40 minutes every time I was asked for the order I just heard one answer not ready yet like they think they are giving me the food for free.
Zero Starr for customer service
Zero star for the stuff behavior
Zero star just for my food when I open it I think I take it from the fridge it was too cold.

I went to pick up an order from this restaurant. The employee was disrespectful and rude to me. I won't set foot there again.

SLOWER THAN A TURTLE!
Extremely mediocre. Picture a Vietnamese version of a sad grocery store sandwich and that pretty much sums it up. Bread was not crispy at all and reminded me of wonderbread or a basic white hotdog bun. Hardly any meat inside, and the pickled carrots were flavourless.
I ordered on Ubereats. They have a two-for-one deal but it forces you to add a drink, which is a bit shady because the listing is not described as a combo.

This is an Uber eats order review, so take with a grain of salt:
- if a deal seems too good to be true (2 bahn mi for the price of 1, for example) maybe it is. In this case, I ordered 2 tofu bahn mi. Bread was very stale. One of the subs was pork and the vegetarian who ate a bit of it before realizing was not impressed. Beyond that, the flavours were just not there. I think you could do better or at least I would recommend not falling for the bogo trap cause it ain’t good.
Not a great experience.

The pho broth and subs are so full of flavor. I also love their spring rolls and rice dishes. So tasty! I've only ordered online but intend to visit the physical location one day! Highly recommend!

Good Banh Mi must have liver pate, a little mayo or aioli, birds eye chilli paste, pickled veg, meat, and a fresh baked bun that is crunch in the outside but still light and airy on the inside. I lived in Hoi An, Bourdain's self-proclaimed Banh Mi capital of Vietnam, so I know what it takes to make a good one.
This is good here, but ultimately misses the mark in the special touches that take it from a regular sub sandwich to a proper Banh Mi. Hoping they improve on the little things and it could become the best in the city!
I got BBQ pork banh mi, worth a try!
