I ordered from uber eats at 3am. The burritos I got where half the size they normally are (smaller then my thumb to my pointer finger). So I called the store to see whats going on, lady first said thats not possible they dont make them that size. Then when I told her I had pics of it she quickly changed her story saying the ower of the store specifically told them if they get the bogo orders from uber eats to cut a regular tortilla in half and fill it with half of the portions they use instead of the normal portions. I told her I highly doubt she was told that. I asked for her name so when I speak to the manager to ask about this bogus policy I know with person told me this and she kept refusing to give me her name. To the manager of the store I think you need to look In to this as your night staff is scamming your costumers.

Very disappointing experience. We ordered burrito bowls yesterday and again today, and both times the quality was the worst I’ve ever had at BarBurrito. The quantity of rice and beans has clearly decreased, while the amount of veggies has increased—but not in a good way. The vegetables were not properly cut; huge pieces of cabbage and large chunks of onion made the bowl hard to eat and ruined the taste.
On top of that, the packaging was terrible. The bowl lids were not closed properly, and the food spilled inside the bag. Overall, poor portion balance, poor preparation, and very bad packaging. Extremely disappointed.

There's a few things wrong with this please first of all the lady working at 12:30 am was a horrible server she wasn't wearing a uniform or a Hair net she was on the phone the whole time barley listening to me she charged me 6.25 for extra sauce and the portions on the burrito were slim I order 4 larges and because of how stingy she was they came our like mediums I paid 80 dollars for mostly wrap I will be going in to speak to her manager today cause this is ridiculous not to mention she was doing Uber eats orders ontop of my burritos without changing her gloves not happy

The last few times I've ordered instructions have been missed. No toppings, or items like jalapeños asked to be removed due to allergies stubbing added to orders just wait instructions. 10/10 do not recommend if you have specific dietary issues. Try another location. Maybe you'll get better results
I've been ordering from this location regularly, and every time the food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care—no matter who's cooking. The burritos are always loaded with veggies, protein, and plenty of flavor, never just rice and beans like some reviews claim. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and consistent, and I've never had a bad experience. Honestly, this is one of the best burrito spots in the city, and I highly recommend it to anyone who values quality and excellent service!
