Ordered poutine add bacon here before and the staff have become so rude when trying to complain that there was no bacon on my order this time. Kept hanging up on me and yelling at me "we are closed!" They were closed at 9:40pm when they close at 10pm. Extremely bad customer service. Will go else where they've lost my business.

Let me start off with this, Barney's Pizza and their staff are amazing. They're a hard-working family business, and I've been going to them for over 15 years. They've always been my source of Sunday cheat days with pizza that was as good as Willy's and others known for high quality (and high price), but Barney's was able to match the quality for a smaller price. However, I can't say it's worth it anymore. The pizza quality dropped after 2020, and prices went up but were modest and manageable. XL 3 topping walk-in went from 15.99 to $18.99 in 2021. No biggie, that's manageable. However, when I went in yesterday, I was flabbergasted to see the price for a **walk-in special** XL-Pizza had jumped from $18.99 to $24.50! Was so surprised by the increase that I just walked out and went to Gaberials.That price with tax is way too high and puts it close to many competitors. With the quality drop in the pizza paired with the massive recent price increase, it's hard to justify going to Barney's anymore, which is a shame to say...
I really hope Barney's finds a way to reduce their walk-in specials or improve the quality for the price because, at this point, it makes no sense to go there when I can pay a few dollars more at Willy's for arguably the best pizza in Ottawa. Best wishes to you all, but I can't resume patronage until the prices come down :(

Barney's has been a staple for the fast food In the area, it's low cost on pizza specials other eatery makes it affordable choice for many and the pizzas are well made.
Parking: Terrible parking lot, the potholes became crators, drive low specially at night when you can't measure the dip.

I haven't been to this pizzeria before, but their head chef took my order! I only asked for a couple of slices, and he gave me an extra slice to try from the hot window... Everything was great! Very nice service and the restaurants rustic look and feel creates a great authentic and family like atmosphere! I felt right at home:)
Vegetarian options: Ask the chef for vegetarian ingredients and he will discos what is best for your diet:)
Parking: There are few parking spots available but there is street parking within 2 minutes walking distance or less noisy days of the week!
Kid-friendliness: If you have kids, watch out for the candy stands they have at the front! Your kids will be drawn to them a toy give your order...? I guess it could be good for them anyway;)
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a curb accessibility route to the left of the entrance for wheelchair users, I can't remember if the front door has a disability button for automated for access but I'm sure if you knocked someone could respond to help immediately!

Very delicious pizza. They add some type of seasoning to the sauce which makes me come back. The area it self is some what ghetto so if you’re not a local I would recommend being cautious after dark for safety reasons.
Parking: The parking is good here just don’t leave your doors unlocked or windows down.
Walked all the way here at 11:20 for it to be closed ??And someone was inside. I understand wanting to close early but update your hours accordingly or you are going to lose business of long time customers. Not the first issue I’ve had with this place either. They’ll tell you one price on the phone and then when the delivery driver arrives, he quote $10 more. Happen more than once they try to over charge me with delivery. Mind you it says FREE delivery on the window. They have become scammers over the years

Hands down, my favorite burger platter in town. Delicious juicy burger with fresh toppings and the best fries that I've found. Barney's? Order up!

This used to be my childhood pizza spot, their quality of cheese in the past was the absolute best, now it went downhill and their prices are crazy I paid more then 10 dollars for 2 veggie slices of pizza and it was meh, getting a medium pizza would have made more sense but wouldn't change the fact their quality changed and they put less cheese just so you pay for extra cheese. To me chess pizza right now is the best and most underrated pizza spot in ottawa
