HI its me!! i got the strawberry ice cream because i got stressed and i couldn't see where my favorite one (the coffee ice cream) was so i got strawberry vanilla or whatever its called and it felt kinda sour and not that sweet because of the strawberry syrup, but if you like strawberrys you'll like it... probably!! but the coffee ice cream somehow is the only bitter ice cream ever and i like it so IDK what i am talking about
also another thing is that it is VERY small and there is only three tables with 2 chairs on each and then theres a bunch of chairs with no tables by the entrance! though there is more seating outside!! again i am so sorry to that random dad and his family
PS. why i couldn't see where half of the ice creams were was bc theres this one little area for ice creams, then theres the reception area and then the rest of the ice creams in the corner but i couldn't see it!! this is for the other never paying attention and feels like every social interaction is timed readers!!
Vegetarian options: i mean its ice cream.. it dont hurt the cow right?? it depends how vegan you are i guess!! IM NOT VEGAN BY THE WAY!!
Dietary restrictions: do NOT come here if you are lactose you will curl up into a ball and DIE
Kid-friendliness: im a kid (15) and it was friendly to me!! its also very colourful inside and little kids would probably love the colourful icecreams and interior!!

Worst customer service, my son’s come had the paper stuck and he didn’t want to eat it. We asked him there is the paper stuck on the cone and he said just throw it in the dustbin. Why would we pay so much for a cone to throw it away. He said all cones are like tht and he was soo rude to us.. really didn’t expect this from BR. Will never b coming back again.

The server was the most unfriendly I have ever met. The serving size would leave one to believe that ice-cream was being rationed due to a world shortage. There are too many other good Baskin Robbins to waste your time on this one. Very disappointing.

So where to begin!?Firstly I did appreciate upon arriving that the flavour of cake I was going to purchase was at the ready in the fridge on display. And furthermore the young staff who did a good job with the msg on cake. Thats where the good part of this review ends!Upon observing the cake as I was purchasing it, for $43 dolllars I might add, it really really really looked like whomever put the fudge topping on the top of this cake took extreme pains to ensure that it was such a thin layer that it was see through and almost none existent. I must say it’s a skill developed after doing many cakes in this manner I assure you lol, it just has to be, I honestly don’t know how that’s even possible, the layer is almost invisible lol.The only thing that makes this a quote on quote “cake” is the fudge ribbon running along the edges and circling the cake. Apart from that, cut a piece from the block and call it a day, I mean $43 dollars.Owner reached out with a $10 dollar offer, which I respectfully declined, if anything it reinforces my beliefs of this location cutting corners.If you don’t believe me, just go in and order a cake! Hopefully with this review certain business practices will be changed in order to have some semblance of a cake and not a part of a container dropped on a plate with $3 dollars of fudge on it! Sorry but ridiculous. Thanks but no thanks.I say charge me $55 and give me an actual cake, if this cannot be changed at $43.

I came here with my family and the servings of ice cream for a small ice cream in a cup were the saddest things I’d ever seen. They weren’t cheap either. If you want to pay full price for a tiny, meticulously measured scoop of ice cream, ensuring you don’t get anything more than exactly the amount you paid for, this is the place to go!!
