I ordered an icecream cake last night. Sure it was closing time, but came around 4ish this afternoon and had to wait for my cake to be made. It was a basic order, a simple gold medal ribbon cake with white frosting. Very simple, minimal to do. I got there, the guy couldn't find my order. Then I had to wait for him to frost it, then I had to wait for the frosting to freeze. I have things to do, but instead I'm waiting here for my cake to be done, which should've already been done. They had ample time to finish it, but now I have to wait. Not ok, especially cause they had all day to do this. I may not come back, who knows. Either way, I'm not happy with this. It isn't like I ordered a cake that's fully decorated, etc. It's a simple cake, with simple frosting done. That I needed for today. I don't usually wait for my cake. It don't understand why they didn't do the cake during the day, but now I'm an unhappy customer waiting. Not ok.

We love going to Baskin Robbins. The ice cream is always delicious, there is usually no wait. There are a couple tables where people can sit to enjoy their ice cream, however they are limited to two chairs per table. There is a small park bench outside that could accommodate 2-3 people.

Came here for an end of the night treat and got a cup with a scoop of peanut butter & chocolate, and maple walnut. The ice cream was great quality and the scoops were quite large.

Great ice cream, however do not go when the older Asian man is working. He is the one who gives tiny scoops. The other ladies give proper scoops!!

HI its me!! i got the strawberry ice cream because i got stressed and i couldn't see where my favorite one (the coffee ice cream) was so i got strawberry vanilla or whatever its called and it felt kinda sour and not that sweet because of the strawberry syrup, but if you like strawberrys you'll like it... probably!! but the coffee ice cream somehow is the only bitter ice cream ever and i like it so IDK what i am talking about
also another thing is that it is VERY small and there is only three tables with 2 chairs on each and then theres a bunch of chairs with no tables by the entrance! though there is more seating outside!! again i am so sorry to that random dad and his family
PS. why i couldn't see where half of the ice creams were was bc theres this one little area for ice creams, then theres the reception area and then the rest of the ice creams in the corner but i couldn't see it!! this is for the other never paying attention and feels like every social interaction is timed readers!!
Vegetarian options: i mean its ice cream.. it dont hurt the cow right?? it depends how vegan you are i guess!! IM NOT VEGAN BY THE WAY!!
Dietary restrictions: do NOT come here if you are lactose you will curl up into a ball and DIE
Kid-friendliness: im a kid (15) and it was friendly to me!! its also very colourful inside and little kids would probably love the colourful icecreams and interior!!

The staff here is horrible. Paper stuck on the waffle cone and the staff wants my son to eat it or throw it out.

Worst customer service, my son’s come had the paper stuck and he didn’t want to eat it. We asked him there is the paper stuck on the cone and he said just throw it in the dustbin. Why would we pay so much for a cone to throw it away. He said all cones are like tht and he was soo rude to us.. really didn’t expect this from BR. Will never b coming back again.
