It was very quiet with one staff member working who was extremely friendly and helpful!I know it’s crazy buying ice cream when it’s cold out however when you’ve got a craving why not indulge!I picked up my favourite ice cream “World Class Chocolate” and a special treat with “Love Potion #31”

Baskin-Robbins Barrhaven (3171 Strandherd Dr Unit 202, Nepean, ON) My girlfriend and I went to the Baskin-Robbins Barrhaven in the Fall. Although we arrived in the store ahead of other customers, we were served last. The other customers (a male and female) butt-in saying, "We're in a hurry. We have a large order. If there's anyone ahead of us, we will have to leave." Rather than assist us, as we were about to order, staff immediately served these two other people. When it came time to pay for our ice-cream cones the female server refused to tally up the amount and was verbally rude to my girlfriend saying, "I don't like to serve people like you. I don't make enough money doing this." At this point all we had done was order our ice-cream and after getting them walked over to pay at the cash register. Maybe this employee was having a bad day or possibly shouldn't be working where she's serving customers. Eventually, a man (possibly the owner or manager) punched the ice-cream items into the cash register and gave me the price while saying. "I don't care if I lose a customer". I was shocked that one double cone and a double waffle cone came to a total of $22.00. I have now been to Baskin-Robbins Barrhaven twice, my first and last time. Given my experience with poor service, rude employees and the expensive price of their ice-cream cones, I can't in any way recommend this Baskin-Robbins.

Everything is broken in the store and the ice cream is more than garbage. I don't really understand how can they still open. Will not go back.

Very small place, but good variety of products. Rather expensive...the cakes are half of those at DQ for the same price and there is no cookie in the center... Very good service!

Store shows closes at 11. I arrived at 10.30 and as soon as i arrived they shut the lights off. Very disappointed

Their is know one here to manage complaints or concerns. Had an issue with a cake and the fudge being bad. I contacted the store and their was only 1 employee, no supervisor or manager. unfortunately the employee was not able to understand me due to a language barrier. She took my number for the manager to get back to me. I received no call back so I called again, only to have the same employee answer again working alone with no supervisor or colleague that could better understand me. This is not fair to the employee or to the customer experience.
