It's supposed to be open until 10:30, I pulled up at not even 10:10 and they were closed. Another guy pulled up the same time I did and tried to open the door but the worker inside just ignored him. Why even have posted business hours at that point?

Edited to add : I also seem to not be the only one experiencing this issue with this store given other reviews on here.

Second time I went, and again was closed 30 minutes earlier than stated. The new Barrhaven one down the road is much better, serving sizes are bigger, better service, etc

My nephew and I visited this Baskin-Robbins on a hot day, seeking a cool treat. Upon arrival, we found the store seemingly deserted, with both employees absent from the counter. After perusing the flavor selection, an unsmiling employee finally appeared without a greeting or apology for the wait. The ice cream itself was delicious and refreshing, but the tables were still dirty from previous customers. Sadly, due to the subpar service and unclean environment, we won't be returning to this location.

Friendly staff, but sadly the floor was so dirty; and it wasn't a rainy day, so they just had to mop the floor.

We reached store at 10:45 pm to buy a cake. Date 20 May, 2024 sunday. It says BR is open until 11 pm. 2 guys working inside sees us walking to the door. Ignored like nothings happening. We knocked on the door get attention and informed the guy it shows open on google. The guys says “I don’t care”. Very bad attitude. Never visiting again. Seems owner also cares less for customer

I went exactly at 10:45 and the store was already closed. The employee says I don’t care, we’re closed. This is not a good customer service. The service definitely needs to be worked on. They should update the store timings on google if they have changed it. Wasting other people’s time! Never coming back here!

Right now time is 10.49 pm and timing shows online is open till 11.00 pm. They are inside the store and still denied to serve us. Ridiculous service.

I’m a frequent customer to this specific location & never had a problem. Today, I went at exactly 10:47pm & they closed it. The 2 employees were staring at me smiling gesturing they’re closed. Another customer pulled up & was also turned away. They then turned off the lights at 10:52pm.
Unacceptable attitude & horrible for business especially in the summer.

LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE SMOOTHIS PROPERLY. Every other baskin Robbin’s makes them and blends them properly how a “SMOOTHIE” is supposed to be made.

One employee handling more than 15 customers and online orders is result of bad management! Had to wait over 25 mins to get the order ready!! Never coming back to this location! Hire more employees!

Just ordered two 3-layer sundaes on Uber- ice cream was melted & rancid. Whip cream as well!!
