Fabulous coffee in a laid back indigenous space. Their in-house book selection was the perfect accompaniment to my morning.

Beandigen is such a lovely Indigenous owned café that not only offers a rich selection of coffee and tea but is also a space to celebrate Indigenous arts and cultures & come together in community such as through the beading circles they host.

I always drop by this community forward cafe whenever I am visiting or passing through Lansdowne Park. They have the best coffee and tea selection in the area. Try their nitrogen infused drinks, they don't disappoint.
Kid-friendliness: They have a shelf of books and crafting materials
Wheelchair accessibility: The front entrance double doors are wide and at the same grade as the sidewalk

I stop by here whenever I go to the Ottawa Farmer's Market. I have been served by Jayde who I believe is one of the owners. What makes this place so special, is that not only are they serving great coffee, they are showcasing local indigenous talent by selling products made by very awesome people. I have nothing but love and praise for Beandigen Cafe as they are sticking to their roots in community building and serving up some great beverages. Keep up the great work!

I love coming to Beandigen whenever I’m in Landsdowne at the flea market or seeing a game at TD Place!! Such a beautiful atmosphere with tons of amazing local Indigenous art, and I love that they host community workshops too. Jayce is the sweetest and their coffee and snacks are always delish.

I went for a beading workshop, had a delicious cappuccino and had some warm bannock at the end of the evening. What a welcoming space! Come to chat, to bead, to read or just for coffee… these ladies are wonderful!

Amazing coffee. Superb staff. Calm atmosphere. Amazing giftwares. Attended two beading workshops there which so made me aware of the amount of time and detail beadwork entails.

I visited Beandigen Cafe while visiting from Treaty One Territory earlier this month. Came in for coffee and a visit with a friend and felt welcomed to sit and visit. The coffee was great, the service was exceptional. I was grateful to be able to meet Erin, the artist behind the beautiful earrings that I bought for myself. Beandigen is a beautiful space for all. This cafe is one of my happy places! Not only did I have the best cappucino of my life here, it felt very welcoming, and the space is full of amazing art (for sale!) by different Indigenous artists. I can’t wait to come back!
