I’ll have to stop buying beavertails. This is the second time I receive one that has been overcooked and disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of training on the staff, but they need to do better

The Pistach one was great！Fresh made and full of toppings. The staffs were nice and helped cut it into half after seeing we were two. Would recommend!

During a family trip to Ottawa, we of course stopped by the Beaver Tails stand in the Byward Market. I remembered how good these doughnuts were from when I was a kid growing up in Ottawa.
The Beaver Tail we bought was good and hot, but I must say, I was surprised by the price. At over $8 for a single, plain doughnut, the cost is prohibitive for a family. We just bought one, and shared it.

Tried BeaverTails for the first time in Ottawa and absolutely loved it. The pastry was warm, crispy, and soft inside, and the toppings made it even better. Definitely a must-try Canadian snack when you’re here.
