The customer service rep was incredibly rude and condescending when we placed our order. Originally the transaction was declined, and when asked politely for a receipt to confirm it was declined, he stated we needed to check our bank because it was the credit card declining it even though he couldnt provide said receipt. When asked for a phone number we were again rudely told to look on the website for it. Very unprofessional and I dont appreciate the condescending tone he used with my mother and I. I dont leave reviews ever but something needs to change in this location.

Great food, fast service. When the food court has long lineups this is the best place to go
I’ll have to stop buying beavertails. This is the second time I receive one that has been overcooked and disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of training on the staff, but they need to do better

Stopped by here today with some friends and had the best customer service from the girl with the big glasses and black hair, it’s too bad I didn’t catch her name. She juggled all of our orders perfectly and was so sweet. The beavertails were amazing and was a great start to our little shopping day. Whoever that girl was, you are the best!!!
