I had ordered one of the new poutines and oh my goodness, it had so much flavour and I enjoyed every bite. It was amazing! The customer service was amazing, and the music was awesome to jam out to! I would always recommend coming here for a quick stop and a sweet treat or to try a poutine!
Gravy is always amazing and the fries were perfect. The right amount of everything!
If it was higher I would give a 10/10.

We brought my Spanish father in law here to eat a beaver tail and told him it was a delicacy much like bull balls, he believed us until he smelled the cinnamon. We had a great time. We also forgot one of our shopping bags here and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful in keeping it safe for us until we could return to get it, thank you!!

Classic Canadian establishment in a very convenient location! Staff is always nice and the food is classic beavertails - their new hot honey poutine is surprisingly good for a business that I've only known to sell beavertails
If you are shopping at Tanger outlet or passing by, I highly recommend!
(3 stars for atmosphere since there's limited seating but that's to be expected for a a shack lol)

Saddening! The ladies working in there didn't acknowledge us while they were chatting, even while one was making eye contact with us. The lemon wedge was dry, and the beavertail was cold. Bad food and service.

I waited quite some time, not sure if anyone had shown up for work today September 18th. The woman looked really upset to be working today. I ordered, told her she looked upset and she barked that she wasn`t. I immediately cancelled my order. You can`t have people like that working if you wish to make money. This is the second time that I see her there and she was just as miserable the last time. I need to feel that my food will be handled properly and not by someone who lacks respect.

Went here on a Thursday. We ordered the new pistachio flavour which was good! But the man working at the counter misheard BOTH of our orders. They INSISTED we did not order pistachio but instead ordered what they thought it was. We ended up paying the difference when it could’ve been a smooth transaction. It didn’t feel nice being blamed like that when we didn’t do anything wrong. Unfortunately, very unhappy with the service.
Whoever the young woman was working on Thursday morning the 9th may needs to be spoken to by management!She didnt even just us , she opened the window with attitude and said YEH like what do you want ! My husband and i were so shocked !It was 10:30 as soon as they opened and she wasn’t happy about that clearly . She really shouldn’t be working with customers with the worst attitude i have possible come across in this country !
