Stopped by here today with some friends and had the best customer service from the girl with the big glasses and black hair, it’s too bad I didn’t catch her name. She juggled all of our orders perfectly and was so sweet. The beavertails were amazing and was a great start to our little shopping day. Whoever that girl was, you are the best!!!

Today me and my family came to this spot two times, one before and after shopping to have a amazing services each time and delicious beaverTail/poutine! The same guy was there (alone), he was honest about his recommendation, he gave us an extra beavertail, he was smiling, patient! I will return to that spot anytime and i strongly recomand this place to encourage him!🙂

Will was beyond amazing. He held down a queue of 10 people all by himself in a very timely manner. He even gave extra beavertails that were too small for free. A honest and hard working person. 11/10 for this spot.

Really impressed with the quality and service I recently received. The guy on staff (long hair) did an incredible job short handed to serve a group of maybe 25 people. A special shout out to him for serving everyone while maintaining a positive and kind attitude.

BeaverTales was awesome! The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, Especially the staff were so nice and hilarious. Legit spent 5 minutes laughing over the color of a motorcycle, useless detail but it made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend definitely coming back!
They supposedly open at 10:30! We've been waiting for half an hour for it to open. This is behavior that doesn't comply with service standards!

Originally a local snack and dessert shop exclusive to Ottawa, BeaverTails has now expanded to cities like Toronto. But in Ottawa, you’ll find these shops all over town.
The signature item? A deep-fried dough pastry topped with a variety of sweet sauces and toppings. I got one with a chocolate base—freshly fried, slightly crispy on the outside but soft inside. The toppings were rich: crushed Oreos, marshmallows, and a layer of maple syrup underneath. It’s sugar overload in the best way possible—absolutely delicious.
Each one costs around $9. No wonder the staff are mostly young—otherwise, they probably couldn’t afford the hourly wage!
