Beaver Tails did not impress me. They're fried, hollow dough with toppings. There isn't any substance to it, just two crispy sheets with air at the center. Maybe my expectation was closer to a funnel cake with a doughy interior. Maybe I expected too much. They also come in at 8 Canadian dollars.
You have to specify you want the pastry vegan, otherwise they put butter on it, even if you select one marked vegan on the menu. They had several tasty options for toppings but I prefer the classic/plain.
Good food, their hot chocolate with marshmallows is really good. However, the line is quite long and there is nothing for you to keep track your order, which could be a mess when there are a lot of orders coming at the same
