The worst pizza I've had in a long time.
Went on Friday at 4pm to pick up a large pepperoni. Are one piece and threw the rest out. Reheated or old or something. Pepperoni tasted sour. Not great. Sorry called to give some feedback and was basically hung up on so I'm writing this review... Do better at Bella Vista..

This restaurant has been a favorite of mine for the last 30+ years. My wife and I were very disappointed with our most recent experience. I had the baked rigatoni which is what I would usually order. The flavour was very different from the normally consistent taste I am accustomed to which left me disappointed. I'm not sure if they are under new ownership, or have misplaced the original recipes. My wife had the lasagna which she described as bland and underwhelming. Please locate the original recipes so that we can continue to enjoy our cherished eatery

PLZ STAY AWAY PLZ STAY AWAY Horrible I would never come back here. I was going to make a take out order when I looked 1 foot away, and there was dead cockroaches just lying around. I mentioned this to the server and he brushed them on the floor and expected me to continue my order .. I had to stop everything .. and just say no. Fearing for my health i walked out .. I WOULD RECOMEND YOU DO THE SAME .. TO THE RESTRANT PLZ FIX THIS PROBLEM THE ROACHES WERE MORE THE 1/2 INCH IN LENGTH AND THE SERVER DID NOT EVEN SAY SORRY. Even if they reached out and apologized I would not be going back there EVER IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Others have seen the roaches (check comments) and are disgusted and wont ever come back. I am with them. PLZ STAY AWAY

I recently had some poutine from Bella Vista Restaurant, and it was surprisingly delicious! The fries were crispy, even under the warm gravy. The cheese curds melted just right, giving it that perfect stretchy texture. For such an affordable option, it hit the spot—great comfort food without breaking the bank!

COCKROACH ALERT!
I went there for the first and last time on Monday (Nov 18th, 2024). I was shown to a table and was going through the menu when my husband noticed a cockroach on top of our table. We immediately started preparing to leave when the server came over and asked if we had changed our minds. I pointed out the reason we were leaving. She killed the cockroach with her bare hands and then suggested she could set another table, as if that would solve the issue. We thanked her but refused to stay. She said, “Sorry, these bugs must have come with the recently added Christmas tree.”
I might have bought this excuse if I hadn’t seen so many comments here, some from a year ago, stating the very same problem.

Food tasted really bad. $19.99 for hashbrowns that were soggy and undercooked, the scrambled eggs tasted like old grease, and the ham I got was rancid. One of the most expensive and yet worst tasting breakfasts I've ever had. The waiter was good. I told him about the rancid ham to warn the chef. He went and told the chef or owner that the ham was bad. He came back after a couple minutes and told me that the owner or chef said it was fresh and they just ordered it. Fresh ham should not taste rotten and I told him to try it, which he did not. The owner came out with a small plate of bacon which I appreciated, but did not apologize or say anything. Just left it and walked away.
Will not be going back and do not recommend. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the waiter apologized profusely and did his job well, especially for a young guy.

I'm a couple of days late on posting this. Last Sunday, my family and I ordered multiple large pizzas for my daughter's 8th birthday celebration as we had quite a few guests and friends. Long story short, the bella vista crew went above and beyond to make the process so wonderful. I requested a specific time for delivery and it happened perfectly. To top it off, the pizzas were absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed. Kudos to the staff. Dikea and Luigi in particular. My daughter got a great birthday and you both were a mega contribution in every positive way. We love you all and won't ever stop supporting you. You're the ultimate.
Used to be one of the top pizza restaurants in town, but that has sure changed. Pizza was soggy and zero taste. Tried a few months ago and thought maybe a one-off, unfortunately, tried again last night and won't be back. It is a shame, used to go with my folks years ago. Actually, dad bought me my first beer (with him 🤣) there.

Recently a friend and I went to the restaurant for lunch. I mentioned to Luigi that when I was young we would go there for the pizza and my Mom would bring it home as a treat for dinner. The pizza was as good as I remembered. I had the meat lovers and my friend had the club which looked amazing. We both loved the place and intend to go back. Oh, and the chocolate cake was amazing.

Super bad place they hire underage kids and they have bugs and mushrooms in the back and they don’t serve us unless we put a five star review on their store and he kicked us out.
