The chicken parm is the best in the city hands down! Fresh white meat,every bite it amazing. Got the meatballs for fun … u cant miss at this place everything is so good. Not to mention dessert the carrot cake was perfect.

Ordered the chicken Parm as it was recommanded and was very dissapointed.The sandwich was way too hot and bread was not fresh and taste bad like it was re heated way too long instead of fresh. Also the chicken was not good quality! Will not be returning, defenetly overated.

Used to go to Bellas Italian Bistro on Richmond and was sad to see it close. ? I grabbed a meatball sandwich today after seeing they'd moved there and finally going and it's the best meatball sandwich going in Ottawa! I will be going back 100%
Ottawa is home to a number of excellent sandwich shops, and Bella's is one of, if not the best.The price is on par with popular chains, but the quality is vastly superior and still filling. Very friendly staff too. My weekly go to for lunch.

The prosciutto sandwich destroyed my previous gold standard (a little sandwich shop in Little Italy that you've likely heard of). The bread here is absolutely sublime, light, and delicious. Proportions and flavours of ingredients are flawless. This is the one to beat!!!

The best AUTHENTIC machioto I've ever had in Canada. When you whisper "oh that's good" to yourself after the first sip.The Italian sandwich had the freshest bread & ingredients. It rivals Frank's, Bella's has better bread IMO, probably even ingredients too. I'm glad I found a new grab n go lunch spot. Hidden gem.
