Orleans location is terrible.When they close the restaurant because lack of staff or change hours of operation without notice is very annoying. More than once we drove to this location to find it closed. PLEASE it is not that hard to put on facebook or the site that you close the restaurant or change the hours!Drive thru is very long, it is expecting at Benny I get it but wait I wait 10 mins before being served at the intercom.MANAGEMENT DO BETTER!

Excellent chicken dishes at reasonably and competitive prices compared to other restaurants. Tuesdays have a duo special and on Sundays after 4pm kids eat free. Extra free salad, bread and sauce on demand for eat in. Good portions and usually have some leftovers to take home whenever we get the duo meal.

Went to the Innes location tonight for dinner with my two toddlers. The guy at the cash was very nice and attentive (didn't catch his name, but he was really great!), as were all the staff there tonight. Service was very quick. Sundays kids eat free for every adult meal so the price is unbeatable. We got chicken legs, fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Portions were generous and everything was good. There is a little play kitchen for kids which kept my kids entertained for over an hour which we really appreciated as it allowed us to enjoy our meal while they played beside us. Would definitely go back and really recommend it to go with young children.

Went through drive thru and got to window. They added another meal we didn't order. Added a ceasar salad as an upgrade to a different meal. Young girl at window was on her phone and rude with us. Once home we didn't have our ceasar salad and one of our meals was wrong. Called and again terrible customer service. Will not be returning.

most likely in my top 5 worse restaurant meals ever, we got to the restaurant we were the only 2 people in the place!ordered 2 leg meal, now I've had this in Gatineau before and I enjoyed it. Not so at this restaurant. Chicken was dry, bottom half of hamburger bun I was given was ice cold and we'll the fries were remarkably similar to McCain's. First and last time in that place!

Went with friends for food, horrible service from the cashier. Not sure how to write her name but I think it’s micka? Although the food was good, service was not. Cashier was cleaning right beside me felt like she was whipping all the dirt over me, she was being way to friendly/touching around my friends and was being very rude when I was ordering. Also was on her phone while I was waiting in line for food and wouldn’t take our orders. >:(

Bonjour, I don't know what it is with this resto but when we rarely get the chance to order from them. We like the food but it is either closed or they are closing or they have sick personnel that didn't show up for work and they are closing early. So most of the time we have to order either from St Hubert or Kentucky chicken to fulfull our chicken craving. The resto must be close to going out of business. Incroyable! Thank you for making us save 50$plus. We will cook our own!

Rotisserie chicken and pountines. Love the Sunday evening kids eat free. Enough that we've almost made it a biweekly stop to grab chicken. Staff is always friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Free meals that the kids love as well as a play area. My daughters are always happy to come.
