A real family friendly restaurant. There are always lots of great daily and weekend specials and the food is plentiful. Their chicken is succulent and they give you a huge portion of fries. Kids eat free on Sundays after 4:00 PM, so bring the family.
Kid-friendliness: This place has a dedicated kids corner for kids to play in while parents finish their meals in peace!

I used to think the art of customer service was dead… until I visited this Benny & Co! I always get greeted with a “hello” and a smile when I enter the door and given a farewell when I leave. The attention to detail and customer service here is outstanding. The lobby and restrooms are always spotless. The food is fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. The presentation is also beautiful. My only complaint would be the music choice in the lobby, it’s a little too “clubby” for the style of restaurant. I’d prefer some easy listening but no big deal. The other aspects always keep me coming back. We’ll done!

Hello,I want to ask you. When hiring employees for your workplace, do you hire employees who help people or those who cause trouble and problems?I have a complaint about Jake and Itel. Specifically Itel. First of all, they need to learn how to treat people. I've delivered maybe over 100 times from Benny Stittsville. It was cold and snowing. I wanted to drive though and pick it up. There were no customers in the store. Why did you give me trouble? 2 times .Itel You are an employee there, not the owner. You need to treat your delivery people like humans, too.
