My husband and I have been enjoying Scott Adam's cuisine for many many years. Today I had lunch - as per usual it was delicious- Pan Roasted Rainbow Trout. For dessert or breakfast a croissant and cafe au lait brings you to a Parisian bistro.
Great place with excellent food and coffee. We came to the opening so kitchen was still close for 10-15 minutes. When I mention that I am very hungry, the owner immediately brought bread and butter that made waiting time very pleasant.
Year after year, consistently superior, delicious, and somehow both refined and relaxed, while impeccably disciplined behind the scenes to create artistry in flavor, ingredients, and execution. Each time I am in Ottawa I visit, often midweek for breakfast. This past week I visited for Saturday brunch for the first time with friends following a special Ottawa gala, and Scott and his team delivered curated, satisfying plates that simply cannot be forgotten.
