I had sushi there today and the rice was feeling quite bland and very mushy with more water than vinegar. I want to taste that zing you get with vinegar in rice and this time, it was boring rice. Make it with more vinegar please :) also, all the tables were dirty as well.

Bad food and bad customer service. Wanted to change the bubble tea just for water because the bubble tea was out of date. Told no even though the cost was less, they throw it way themselves after knowing it was off. Then I sent the food back because it was cold

Really disappointed with my order. I got the chicken ramen, and it was honestly terrible. The noodles were half raw and hard to chew. Definitely not worth the price.

Horrible, honestly inedible. This was one of the worst grab and go sushis Ive ever come across. Not something you want to be dealing with when raw fish is involved. The rice was pretty much wet and overall the texture was disgusting. Don’t eat here.

We had the salmon poke bowl and absolutely loved it! All three of us really enjoyed it ,the salmon, avocado, and rice were all perfectly balanced and fresh. Highly recommend!
trying to tell people that it's only reserved for their people only. Yeah there's other people sitting here drinking Tim Hortons coffee and they're kicking us out.

Probably the worst sushi I’ve ever had in Ottawa - period. I bought a nigiri set from the cooler - and the rice was a blob of mush and very unappetizing. I showed the manager and she refused to exchange it for another.
There are much better options in the food court here, so stay away.
