Lady was rude and lacks communication. The food was disgusting, rice is mushy, too cold, and the sushi has no flavor beside being absurdly spicy. Avoid Bento Sushi

The waitress were extremely rude; I've never seen such behavior in my life. We ordered 3 noodles with shrimp, but they added pork soup without informing us. We asked for a refund, but they refused. We paid $80 and didn't eat. We gave the food to the homeless. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant .... the owner should address the waitres's conduct.

Staff were prompt and friendly, place seemed clean, but the food was terrible. Had the beef bento box. The rice was almost complete mush. Gyoza and beef were either just boiled or steamed. Would not recommend.

A good option for a healthy snack to get energy to continue your shopping adventure. Staff is very friendly - noticeably higher than a typical fast food place. Sushi was good but probably made in the morning so it was ok fresh vs amazing fresh.
Have walked past this place everyday for five years, thinking it was just another mall food option, anything but! Ordered a bento box yesterday and it was a lot of food for a very reasonable price, and it was delicious and fresh. Staff was polite and quick. Went back again today to get it again for lunch! Highly recommend it if you’re near or passing through the mall.

Had a pretty wonderful tuna poke bowl, however, they were out of brown rice which was unfortunate. The bowl used really fresh ingredients and it was quite yummy. I think a slightly better seating area would be beneficial.

Had a wonderful experience yesterday at Bento (Rideau). The lady taking our order was super kind and was very happy to adjust small details in our order. The biggest thing that stood out was how she always had a smile on her face. It really makes a difference. We will definitely be coming back!
