Everything I loved on the menu is gone. And when I ask the person there for the items I ate she looks at me like I'm cracked. I was very disappointed. There must be something that is no longer working with Bento sushi because I was 35 minutes in the St-Laurent center food court which was filled with people and I observed the place the whole time I was there present and they only had one sale while all the other restaurants had lines of people and were very busy.

I used to get bento boxes from Bento Sushi all the time but after this experience I am never going there again. I noticed once I was home that my salad was literally just cucumber and that my sushi was covered in salad dressing. I tried to scrap it off but it had soaked into the sushi. I also didn’t receive any wasabi. Very disappointing.

We have purchased, what you call a "sushi burger" at least 25 times. When we went to order today, instead of being told you do not sell it anymore, we were told you sell sushi not hamburgers. Literally explained the difference between sushi and a hamburger. Could have just been told you don't make them anymore. Not sure we needed the lesson. Not very happy with how we were treated. Won't be coming back.

The staff are very kind and the sushi is fresh. I arrived before closing time and the guy working there offered me 3 combo boxes for the price of 2 only because it was closing time. Even at that time of the day, everything was perfectly fresh and tasty. Definitely my go-to place for my next sushi takeout!
