Ordered 2 orders off Uber. Both came super cold and the chicken burger was so empty and the lettuce was bad. I can't believe someone sent this out of the kitchen.

Very disappointing. Ordered through Uber Eats and both of my dipping sauces were forgotten. The food was very badly packaged and the fries looked like they were throw into the bag. Lastly, the meat was very chewy and tasted weird. Never ordering from here again due to the employees clearly being careless with the orders.

We went to rhe Barrhaven location as this was our first visit.
The restaurant was very clean.
The young man who served us was very polite and professional. He let us know what was popular and he answered all of our questions.
I had the Supreme bergie as a combo ans it was absolutely delicious, lots of chopped chicken and two sausages. The combination of the spiced chicken and merguez sausage was delicious, just like he said it would be. The fries were well cooked and crispy.
My wife had the chicken wings and they were plump and juicy. The BBQ sauce was just right.
My son had the Chef bergie and it was also delicious.
I would definitely go back to try other bergies but I am hooked on the Supreme after only one time.

Wow!! Philly cheesesteak is about $20 after tax!!! Make it bigger then. And I saw all the photos from the reviews and they all get so many fries!!!! I got half of what they got! And we all pay the same amount. $3.99 to make it a combo!!! Don't be unfair and give everyone the same amount. You guys should weigh it!!!

I asked a burger with steak. I thought I was going to pay 10.99 BUT they charged me 20$ for a SMALL burger with a steak. I am very very disappointed. I was waiting 20 minutes on top of that because they made it with a patty initially and I had to wait again. Just so disappointed!!!! The waiter did not understand me at all! Would you pay 20$ for a burger????

This restaurant has so many choices for main meals, desserts as well as all different kinds of drinks. This time I tried one of the desserts and a sweet drink. Both was ok, yet there were too sweet for me. my siblings like it. The place is huge and suitable for families & big gathering.

The two ladies working at the lokma section are so rude and impolite. They got my order wrong and still wanted me to pay for it. They were giving me attitude with a grumpy face. I thought with such a delicious dessert it should be served by people who make you wanna try it even more. How rude! I dont ever wanna get lokma if those two ladies are working there. (Tall and short women). Please put better staff who actually want to serve customers.
