The fries were really good, definitely hand-cut. My husband's burger was excellent. My steak was cooked to order on the inside but over too-high heat, so that it was absolutely charred on the outside. I also wondered where the rest of it was. For $31 I'd have expected a bit more meat. Wine and cocktail selection are good, beer is good.

Appearance looks good, but to sit in and eat their food, not as great as hoped for. Heard people yelling in the kitchen. Not cool.

Business lunch, timing of courses was perfect, everyone's food was great. Terrific service. Didn't have to wait for anything. Great experience

Had a great meal here and then relaxed with some conversation and coffees! Service was great, and the food was tasty! I'm not usually around the area but I was now and I'm glad I stopped in this time. I wasn't there during a big sporting event but it looks like it's the place you want to be at for the big game! If I find myself around there again, I'll stop in for another great meal!

Well we were 9 people that had gone out we ordered drinks the server was quite Pleasant with us the biggest complaint I have was the appetizers that we started off with friends of mine ordered nachos that barely had any sauce on or cheese that was basically eating tortilla chips with a few sprinkles of meat or whatever they had ordered I don't know if it was a loaded nacho or what myself I ordered the calamari that had been sitting in oil for I don't know how long it was just stretched so when it came to the table I even pointed it out to the waiter who was going to take it back others to ordered pretty much the same thing of calamari and were quite disappointed in it as it was really oily for our main course myself I had the steak and fries I asked for medium and it came back well done same
as my co-worker others had smashed burgers and it was burnt all so it was playoffs and not one TV was playing the game instead it had baseball...so personally I don't recommend the food I was very disappointed

The outdoor patio is nice but a bit of noise from the Queensway.

I went to this restaurant with a group of colleagues to celebrate the retirement of one collegue.
The restaurant was nice and large with free parking and the staff were helpful and friendly and the waitress was cute and smiling. I

ordered steak and fries and it was great. The amount of food for other colleagues was so much that most took home some leftovers with them. In summary I give them 5 stars.

The food and drinks are amazing but....the hostess always seems overwhelmed and frazzled... Some of the staff have uptight attitude as well ..I mean, you work at a pub, not a law firm.

We can’t say enough about Lana and team who planned and executed our Mom’s post funeral celebration for family and friends yesterday. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We had excellent service, great food, libations and a positive atmosphere after an emotional morning celebrating my Mom’s amazing life and legacy. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we returned today for an early lunch. After a set menu yesterday our party of 20 ordered off the menu a wide variety of delicious entrees and everyone was impressed with the food snd courteous service. High praise to the chefs, bartenders, servers and special mention to Lana for an extremely pleasant experience both days. Bravo to the entire team!

Sitting in here presently with my family and have been waiting 25minutes for our drinks. Not even one glass of water was put on our table. We are surrounded by empty dirty tables to boot. 👎 …. Finally received our drinks and apps…no cutlery. We are eating our calamari with our hands. They finally cleared the 2 dirty tables … keep in mind the patio is empty and the restaurant is only half full. The manager was extremely rude to me. Her name is Lana. I am with my 82 yr old father and my 60yr old best friend. She was balancing not even three clean plates and a bowl of calamari came asked if we needed side plates I said no and she started walking away and I said um we will take the calamari (we hate cold food) nd she snapped back and said I almost dropped the bowl. Like excuse me?! You can’t even carry 3 empty plates and one bowl of calamari and you slap rudely at your guests!? So I said I do not like ur tone and she responded with her hands flailing in the air I don’t like ur tone with me staff. lol! How unprofessional Lana!! I managed restaurants for years and the customer is always right. This new young generation has lost their manners when speaking to their elders and to customers. When they initially tried to seat us when we first arrived they tried to seat us in a booth next to an extremely filthy plate filled table and I said no thank you we do not want to sit beside this table. Overall a big 👎 in particular to Lana. Poor service, unprofessional and remember Lana THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT

Great evening out for a friend's birthday. Food and service were spot on! Our server took great care of our table even with a full house.

I was an idiot and ordered the wrong thing. The waitress knew the mistake and she explained to me my mistake but I wasn't paying enough attention and I placed my order.
When I got it, I realized what I'd done and offered to pay to fix up my order but she insisted she'd fix it for me. Even though the customer was wrong, she treated me as if I was right and it really made my night.

Great brews but messed up pizza order with different toppings than ordered

The pizza here is exceptional. The best pizza in the West End of ottawa. The avocado salad was super yummy too!! Dining companions enjoyed the smash burgers, fries and specialty beer (they only serve the beer they make). The Service is fast and friendly. Right off the Highway near Ikea. A favourite meeting place for food or drinks. Nice outdoor, covered patio too!
