Went here for a team lunch, ordered the classic smash burger and fish and chips. I found that the fries were quite soggy and some were over burnt. The smash burger was okay, patty was a tad bit dry as well. The waitress was excellent though and thank you for filling my cup of water many times and she was on point with refills. Parking is also a challenge here during busy hours.

Friendly service, great food and great beer! Good location off the Queensway. The parking lots is always pretty busy but I just found out there's lots of extra spots around back

We ordered the steak with fries. The fries came a bit burnt and the steak was dry. Then we ordered the chicken nachos, but they had very little chicken and it was dry as well. I’m not sure if we were just unlucky today or if the food is usually like this, but unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our meal.

Pretty creative food and decent beers. Service ok. Don't order the Nachos.

We were there last night to celebrate a birthday. Our end of the table had the fish tacos, that were great and the nachos that were so dry we could not break into the centre to actually eat them. Took them home and have been literally chipping away at them.
One of our drinks had 2 bugs in it, which the server replaced after we flagged them down. We were often left waiting for someone to come by and check on us or ask if all was good. The staff who brought the dishes to the table looked like they wanted to be anywhere else.
Really those fish tacos were the only thing that raised the night to a 3/5.
It was noisy so we were unable to hear anything from the other end of the 8 top.

The Big Rig is really a quintessential neighborhood pub. Excellent beer, delicious food and the service is outstanding. Whether there for a sporting event or a family dinner the staff make you feel like family.

Super good beer and food. Big portions, sever and bartender BAILEY is the best in town! Hands down the best around. Maybe the best in all of Canada and the world. Thank you big rig!

Bartender/server was awesome! Food and drinks were great! Price can be high depending on what you get, but it's worth it!

I went out with my family tonight and decided to go to Big Rig - We had never been to this one before but I have been to their Gloucester Center location.

The menu at this location did not hold a lot of variety, and the service was quite slow. The cups for the drinks were small, which I found disappointed given the price of the drinks.

I ordered the Smoked Meat Poutine, which was a decently large portion size, but it had cubes of smoked meat instant of thin/shredded smoked meat like I expected. It was more like ham chunks and it was quite disappointing - especially for the $20 price tag. I deeply regret this selection I made off the menu.

One of my dining companions had a burger with an egg on it and I should have gotten that. He said it was good.

Another issue I had was the washroom - every single stall except one had pee in the toilet or all over the seat. I understand that messy guests are not the fault of the restaurant, but you need someone going in and checking that. I've had a cleaner experience at the Rideau Center washroom.

I did not hate my experience, but will not be visiting again.

We got the fish and chips and we absolutely loved it. Loved the tartar sauce. Best fries ever. Whoever made them just keep them like this because they change up too often at this location. Shout out to Crimson for the wonderful service.
