Saturday morning went here and and it looked like a little diner me and my family had some of the best food we’ve had ever. We ordered the jumbo sandwich and it was delicious and we had Tina was our server. Service was 10/10, it was great 5 stars out of 5 the atmosphere was great for a little diner. Great food, atmosphere and service .

Food was excellent. I had the marinated chicken club. Service was very good and while it was busy, my family had no problems hearing each other. Price wise it was fair, compared to other places. Nice seating and table arrangements. Been a long time I went to Biggs, glad to see they are still top notch.

Good food... But menu is to big staff and manager have no idea how the food is made and my husband had to ask 3 different people and the chef if the #3 Bagelette was an open or closed sandwich. They all came back saying different things. This was one of their top 9 things to order.

Came in with a 2 y.o. and an 5 y.o. Had to wait for over 45 minutes for the food, and even that was after we had to ask about the delay. Portion size is fair but not that impressive taste wise...

Went here Friday morning with my dad, he's elderly and I'm in my 40's so grown up food. The menu is huge and kinda intimidating but I am so pleased by the many healthy options! I personally watch what I eat, so bacon eggs and hashrowns and toast isn't my thing, tho I will eat it. Here I had their healthy breakfast fresh cut up fruits (apple banana Mellon delicious) with cottage cheese and multi grain toast PB and 2 poached eggs....this was the perfect breakfast for me! So thrilled. But prices for that $23.99 but I enjoyed it thoroughly and I liked the bottomless coffee, my dad however found it weak. Our server was amazing and helpful (we'd never been before). Was really overwhelmingly busy 9:30am on Friday but they seated us in the back which was somewhat quiet. I would have preferred bigger mugs, I had 3 coffees I'd rather not have to keep bugging them for refills. Whomever was in charge of front of house was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable, appreciated and relaxed in a friendly way, not too much. I'd go back! I'd probably skip the eggs because I found them unnecessary but that's just me....I'd get a side of banana on-top of what I got and have sliced banana with PB on toast and then the cottage cheese on the rest of my fruit. Worth a try, enough variety for everyone although slim on veggie options and not much in the way of vegan at all...perhaps at all unless you just want fruit and dry toast with PB.

Paid 25$ for two beers. That's ridiculous. Also, bathroom reaked of stale piss. Never go here.
I came to ottawa for a drive from montreal. We discovered this place and tried to see how it is. Food was good the service was good but the only problem is the price you pay for the plates which was a good size at 24$ plate really pricey and the regular coffee was not included so I paid 7$ for 2 regular that is why I will never come back. Not because it was a bad experience but having breakfast at that price with extra charges is stealing from my pocket.

Service was good, I ordered the breakfast special but plate was pretty empty. My wife took the French toast but it was not soaked enough so tasted like lightly toasted bread dipped in eggs. Horrible tasting French toast. We had been there before with my Boss from work who attends the same church as the owner so maybe that is why the food was better the 1st time. Who knows but it was a waste of money. Will not return. Very disappointed.
