I have been going here for work breakfasts and lunches. The service and atmosphere is great, food is ma and pa comfort food prices are great, I keep going back to Biggs, its consistent and good.

I came here today Sunday, February 15,2026 and got breakfast. Firstly, the manager had to come, to take my order. No one served me. Secondly I could tell they didn't care I was here. They had to serve me cause I was a customer, but they were going about their own business. No one checked in. I was given my food, but they didn't even give me a spoon for the cottage cheese. Overall poor service on their end. Who knows how long I would be sitting there until someone came. The food was alright. At least they have healthy options. Not to mention, there was a hair that was literally stuck to the plate, like it was washed on. I will NEVER come back here again. I gave them a small tip. I'm very big on tipping but with my experience today, I still tip, but the bare minimum. I'm super unhappy with everything today. They didn't give me a discount or anything considering there was a HAIR on the plate. Yes I told them, sure they said sorry about that, but I'm disgusted. I couldn't even finish my fruit because of the hair. Gross! I can't attach any pictures, but I have a copy of the photo and food, if the manger reads this.

Food was good we ordered the Jumbo Smoke Meat platter which was alot and I ordered the Spicy Club Sandwich......Not a fan of there fries, service was ok.....I find that they too many choices on the menu

Eggs benedict were the worst I've ever had. The Hollandaise was barely warm,congealed,almost brown in color. Tasted like overcooked MARGARINE,100% not butter. The ham tasted strongly of dirty grill grease trap.
Eggs were cooked to perfection though.
Hamburger patty tasted like a formed,from frozen patty.
From frozen Hashbrown and fries.
Never visiting again and do not recommend.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the breakfast special listed on the menu. The menu states that the breakfast special for $12.99 (coffee included) is not available on holidays. We visited on a Saturday — not a holiday — and were informed that the special is not offered on weekends. However, this restriction is not indicated anywhere on the menu. When we asked about this, we were told that the new menus would include that information. Unfortunately, the server did not mention this before we ordered, and we were charged separately for coffee. We had ordered two drinks, assuming coffee was included in the breakfast special, so we would not have ordered both had we known otherwise. In the end, the large orange juice and coffee together came to roughly $10, which significantly changed the value of the breakfast. If the current menus do not specify that the breakfast special is limited to Monday through Friday, I believe the special should be honoured on weekends until the updated menus are in place.
Good breakfast. Portions were generous. Food was good. The service was quick to receive the breakfast. The breakfast itself was reasonably priced at $12.99. But where the hell do you get off charging me $6 for a glass of orange juice?
