Called to place a take-out order Wednesday evening, and was placed on hold before ordering. As it was not muted, I listened to the staff gossip for 15 minutes until I hung up. Being placed on hold would have been completely acceptable if they were overrun and dealing with customers, but this wasn't the case.Can't comment on food as I didn't have the chance to order.

Today I took my mom out for lunch and we decided on this spot based on the reviews & the fact we haven’t been yet. I loved the Swiss Mushroom burger as well as the Winter Kentucky Mule I had. Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life, let alone just in Ottawa. Natasha was an amazing server & was so much fun to chat with thru out our meal. She provided many laughs and smiles. She made us feel like family, over and beyond just that we were at a restaurant. We were thoroughly impressed by her! Great service & great food (especially at a reasonable price) is very hard to come by nowadays - but Bite does it all! Can’t wait to come back soon with some friends & try more of the menu!

This is our 3rd trip, from London, to eat at Bite Burger. Natasha was an amazing host especially after having to clean up our broken beer glass…darn Ghost. Food was awesome. Service was amazing and the food was tremendous. This is a Must Stop destination when at the Market. We’ll see you again!
My husband and I were just at Bite Burger. It's our go to restaurant when we are in Byward. Natasha went above and beyond. We really connected. She let us in the restaurant early and because I had a bit of a time crunch we were served immediately. Hope to see you again soon and take that holiday Natasha! You work hard and deserve a break. I did not take photos of the food, i was too hungry and the food was too good…very juicy burgers, one of the best…we ordered the smokin, za burger, papa, ring of fire, blue cheese burger and many more ( not just for me, we were a big group). The taste was amazing, huge portions, truffle fries ?? are a must.. highly recommended if you’re craving this messy and tasty burger experience.
