Today I took my mom out for lunch and we decided on this spot based on the reviews & the fact we haven’t been yet. I loved the Swiss Mushroom burger as well as the Winter Kentucky Mule I had. Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life, let alone just in Ottawa. Natasha was an amazing server & was so much fun to chat with thru out our meal. She provided many laughs and smiles. She made us feel like family, over and beyond just that we were at a restaurant. We were thoroughly impressed by her! Great service & great food (especially at a reasonable price) is very hard to come by nowadays - but Bite does it all! Can’t wait to come back soon with some friends & try more of the menu!

This is our 3rd trip, from London, to eat at Bite Burger. Natasha was an amazing host especially after having to clean up our broken beer glass…darn Ghost. Food was awesome. Service was amazing and the food was tremendous. This is a Must Stop destination when at the Market. We’ll see you again!

My husband and I were just at Bite Burger. It's our go to restaurant when we are in Byward. Natasha went above and beyond. We really connected. She let us in the restaurant early and because I had a bit of a time crunch we were served immediately. Hope to see you again soon and take that holiday Natasha! You work hard and deserve a break. I did not take photos of the food, i was too hungry and the food was too good…very juicy burgers, one of the best…we ordered the smokin, za burger, papa, ring of fire, blue cheese burger and many more ( not just for me, we were a big group). The taste was amazing, huge portions, truffle fries ?? are a must.. highly recommended if you’re craving this messy and tasty burger experience.

Just wow. Amazing waitress (we went January 6th at around 9h30pm) she was so sweet and funny. The food - outstandinggg. I had the Burning Love burger and oh my gosh I never tasted anything like it!! Sooo good. My spouse has the Big Papa burger and he loved his too! Don't even get my started on the truffle fries, seriously such a great combo my mouth is watering thinking of them! Thanks for the amazing service and food!! The chef is amazing!

Bite Burger House is simply the best burgers I've had in Ottawa. Why did I only rate it 4 stars? There isn't a half-star option (4.5) and I'm leaving them room to impress me again the next time we visit. Seriously, the first time we visited, by mid-meal we were already talking about the next time. After the second visit, we were talking about bringing our bringing visiting family over the holidays. The food is great. The the service is personable and attentive.Kid-friendliness: We ate on the early side during our most recent visit and our server went the extra mile to keep our younger kids entertained while we waited for our order, conversing and enjoying the house cream ale (delicious)!
