This is my favourite used book bookstore in Ottawa. They have lots of books, often in multiple formats and editions, conveniently organized and very well curated. Prices are more than reasonable. Staff are very pleasant and are willing to give book recommendations. I’ve never left the store empty handed.
Excellent service also selection of Books/ graphic novels etc amazing.
Cozy and unique, their latte with raspberry tart were delicious, and so many books!
Best coffee shop in Ottawa. So much character. So many books. Delicious coffee, tea, and snacks
Such a cute place. Amazing coffee, definitely well done and tasty. I had originally gotten a matcha as I’ve heard all the praise about it online but it didn’t end up being all that good. It wasn’t very strong and still sweet despite it being done with no additional sweetener. The employees were so sweet about it though and I got an amazing latte instead. The Nanaimo bar is also good, very sweet and pairs well with my coffee.
Downsides is that it runs on the pricier side 9$ a drink).
Love this cozy book/coffee shop. Comfy seating. But often very busy.
I love love love this place. The used books are reasonably priced, and they are pretty generous in letting you exchange in your used books for points to use towards drinks and books. The food and drinks are a little pricey, but worth it in my opinion: their iced lattes are particularly good. It is very busy, especially on weekends, so I recommend going right as they open to get a good spot. They no longer have wifi, which is disappointing as a student who is always looking for places to study so I don't go as often as I used to, but still a gem of the city.
There are plenty of used book options in a plethora of different genres. The price is also very affordable. The cafe is not a silent place to sit and read because of the rush. I went on a sunday so that might explain the rush, but a very great place to find books.
Great used book store and café. I wish there were more seating available. There is also no wifi.
Very cute place, great ambiance but it's really not student friendly No wifi and expensive. 9$ for a matcha latte that did not taste great is a bit much. Coming from a broke uni student so take that as you will.

Nice cozy book store with solid warm drinks
Love the concept! Stayed for 2 h and bought 4 books!
Our favourite stop in the Glebe. New & used books at good prices and fantastic coffee.
Best used bookstore in the city! I've found so many gems in this store. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and the coffee is great, too! I do, however, wish they were open later, especially on weekdays. Working a 9-5 makes it difficult to go during the week, and weekends are PACKED. I have yet to get a seat at the coffee shop. Which says something about how great this pllace is.
Loved this place pre-covid so much. Post-covid still too. So many books, slash to find a new one. Good food and drinks and customer service.
