Blue Nile Ethiopian serves excellent and delicious Ethiopian food at great prices. The single-person operation provides generous portions, informative service, and a friendly atmosphere. The food is truly soulful, made of humble ingredients like lentils and cabbage but elevated with spices that make it the best comfort and obviously healthy food you can get. Try the Zilzil Tibs, one of the excellent beef dishes, or the Blue Nile combo platter for a variety of flavors. The lamb platter and vegetable platter are also very yummy. Vegetarian and halal options are plentiful, and the restaurant is kid-friendly with mild spice levels. The server is very friendly, though some items like Sambusas and Smoothies may not always be available. The overall experience is lovely, and customers happily return.
