Seriously pathetic!Ordered 3 main curries yesterday, they set only half bowl and very less quantity. Taste is not up to the mark and they said frozen Walmart bread on the name of garlic naan. Is it joke or what? I paid around 66$ for this order. Believe me not worth..

Decided to go pick up my dinner and try this restaurant out since it was local and my favourite cuisine is Indian. When I arrived, the owners had just arrived too. I entered the restaurant and it appeared to be quite run down. There was no place to sit if I decided to dine-in because there were boxes, papers and things everywhere. This made me wonder if they were able to sanitize their space and being precautionary to health regulations. I imagine they may have been working in their food truck and weren’t ready for guests like the other reviews show. This was not suitable environment for dining in and personally would of kept my doors closed. The chef proceeded to go to the back and prepare my meal. I heard a microwave continuously beep and wonder how fresh my meal was. I paid about $28 for a butter chicken meal deal, there were 2 other sides but the portions were incredibly small for the price. I wouldn’t call this a deal. I decided to still give the food a chance and it wasn’t terrible but definitely not great. My favourite part was the garlic naan and it was slightly burnt unfortunately. I don’t think I will eat here again due to the condition of the restaurant and the portion vs price but I’m glad I was able to try it out.

I'm from Montreal and have been to Bombay Garden a couple of times during visits to Ottawa. In my experience it was always great! It's a small place, looks like it's family run. They are super nice. The food was always great! I LOVE their shrimp curry. LOVE LOVE LOVE the papadam! The naan bread was delicious! The portions are reasonable, but you still leave super full! :DEvery time I go to an indian restaurant in my neck of the woods I always compare it to Bombay Gardens :)I'm very surprised to see negative reviews. The next time I visit Ottawa, I'm going back for sure!

They visited uOttawa today and had a table set up. I purchased a pack of 6 spring rolls, she gave me 5.There was barely any filling inside. Mostly just dough.Would not recommend.

I have tried a range of dishes by way of home delivery and I very impressed with the portion size and quality of every East Indian dish I have so far received. I have no complaints and I will be placing future orders.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE AUTHENTICATION OF INDIAN FOOD.. THIS PLACE MUST HAVE BEEN THE WORST INDIAN FOOD I'VE EATEN ACROSS CANADA. I HAVE TRAVELLED ACROSS CANADA FOR YEARS AND BOMBAY GARDEN INDIAN CUSIINE IS A SCAM........ I ORDERED ON UBER EATS AND I WAS SHOCKED! SAY NO MORE!

Incredibly disappointing. You'll be much better off buying a jar of sauce and a chicken breast from the grocery store. I'm obsessed with Indian Food. I live near probably the best Indian restaurant in the city. Staying at my girlfriends I decided ti give this place a shot. I regret trying this place twice. The samosas are good if you can get lucky enough to get the right one and the sauce. The butter chicken is alright, not bad but not great. The chicken Tika Masala was alright as well. They just aren't as flavourful as any other Indian restaurant I've tried. The portion size is a joke. The Chicken Tika Masala was mostly nearly raw green peppers. Not even a full chicken breast worth of chicken. The rice was drenched in water. The Naan is such a let down. I can buy the same thing from loblaws. If this is your only experience with Indian food you are severely missing out. Fresh made Naan is an absolute must! Will not be ordering from here again.

Worst Indian food I’ve had by far. Not sure how this place is still open. To say portions are small would be an understatement. I’ve never felt more ripped off by a restaurant! Flavour is completely lacking in all the curries and the chicken vindaloo might as well be categorized as vegetarian since it was 99% potatoes with 2 small pieces of chicken. Papadums were stale, probably from the day before, and the naan was not fresh and store bought. Never again. Don’t waste your money you will just be disappointed.
