Initial drink was watery and tasted like almond milk, turns out server forgot the frozen yogurt. Staff seemed annoyed I asked them to correct the mistake and made the second one pictured below which didn’t have the normal consistency either. The company offered me coupons to correct the mistake but sadly these coupons were not accepted at another location.

Good experience today. There was a line up around 1:30 pm, so it took a little bit of time to be served. The two staff members were approachable. One had a mask and the other not. Once my order was placed, I received the juice faster than I thought. The location is convenient. It would have been great if the prices were clearly displayed. Therefore, there would be no surprise at the register.

Is got a banango burst. Did not have the correct measurements and got at least a 1/2 cup of ice in it Didn't have any flavor and when I asked the girl Because I was watching her prepare it I said that does not have the correct measurements and she said yes it does I know that it didn't.poor service and don't like to be lied to my face.

I always get bad customer service here there will be two people behind the cash, no line and takes them 10 minute to make two smoothies.

The employees and the smoothies are always great but sadly booster juice seems to always understaff this location.They have 1 person running around serving an entire line of people, greedy corporation.
