Sat across from this location for over an hour. Before I sat I noticed bags of sliced chicken sitting out. It continued to the entire time I was there and no telling how long it had already been out before I arrived. Poor food safety.

I have concerns about basic sanitization of work surfaces and proper cleaning of the blenders. The smoothie was standard and I watched the employees work while I drank it.
Blender hugs received barely a rinse between uses, staff swept food debris directly onto the floor and did not sweep. The nails and food handling of that same staff member were also disconcerting. Food surfaces were cleaned with a dirty rag used previously to wipe something off the floor. Wraps were then prepared on that surface.
Would not recommend eating food from here.

Friendly staff and a very clean environment. The team was quick with orders and consistently kept the space tidy. I sat here for an hour, and they cleaned the dining area twice. Very impressed!

I bought two smoothies costing $18 and they wouldn’t just give me a cup of water for my dog because reason being they “sell water”. Shame on you.

The food was pretty good but overpriced. They forgot my order and were really slow to get it to me.

so so so so slow. was in line for 20 minutes with only one person in front of me.

Waited 15 minutes to be able to make an order, than waited 25 minutes just to find out they forgot my order. Zero communication from staff, just taking all orders in as fast as they could and scrambling to get them done. Had to leave to make my flight on time and never got my food.

I told them I had a wheat allergy and she told me that wasn’t an option on their register. Crazy because every other location, and the app has wheat as one of their like 6 options for allergies.When I got my smoothie it tasted watery and different than usual so I returned it and asked them to remake it, they said they were out of the peach sorbet they normally use, so they subbed mango sorbet in it. Okay, then tell me that when I order it, so I can not order it. I didn’t want mango sorbet subbed in my order. I wanted my regular, consistent smoothie like I get twice a week, not one with a substitution. Awful service.

Got the grilled cheese, there was no cheese in it. They sneakingly give you the one with less cheese in it (from the back), hoping you'd walk away in a hurry, not see it, because you're in an airport. They keep the ones stacked with a bunch of cheese right at the front of their display counter to trick you!! Went back and showed them, and the Indian woman (either the manager or owner) right away said to just give me another one. She knew!! In the business of ripping you off. Also my smoothie wasn't smooth... like 6 huge chunks of fruit left in it. Worst Booster Juice I've ever given my $15 bucks to. Like you have ONE JOB TO DO!! Haven't figured it out yet

This location won't offer booster juice points. What's the point of a rewards system if a location won't participate?
