Walked in on Saturday evening to order 2 desserts in the take out section. Ended up waiting 45 minutes to get them (the desserts sat on the pass for about 20 minutes - I saw them sitting there). Finally had to ask the hostess to pack them up for me so I could leave. Dessert was great. Service was absolutely horrendous.

My wife and I went to Boston Pizza this evening 17/09, my wife ordered chicken tacos and a side of cactus chips while I had shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, both our meals were served quickly and efficiently. My wife’s cactus chips were cold and under cooked, the chicken in the tacos was fresh out the fridge, cold. The Alfredo was lacking sauce and was quite bland in taste. We tried to get the attention of our server to let her know about our disappointment, however, the establishment was very busy and didn’t get a chance to talk to her from the onset. Once we had the opportunity to talk to our server, we explained our dissatisfactions who echoed our sentiments to management. She offered to replace the meals, but we decided not to take her up on it. Three different people came to our table to better understand our concerns including the kitchen manager. The kitchen manager’s demeanour was intense and intimidating which made us feel quite uncomfortable. Overly quizzing us about our experience which made us feel like we were wrong to complain about substandard meals. Their remedy was to exchange our meals to go or to give us a discount on our bill which worked to be 7$, laughable and they also said that they’d pull the shrimp Alfredo off the menu until they could fix the issues with it. All in all, we paid it back with our tip without questioning the cheaply intended friends and family goodwill discount. We have been to Boston Pizza many times, but based on that experience, I really don’t think we will ever return.

Is aight. I have mixed feelings though cause the service was so friendly, but I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from there.
I ordered by phone cause the website was a complete pain. I placed the order and asked for the deal that I would have checked out with online but they said it was not available for my selection. Oh well, I needed to use up a gift card so I just ordered it full price.
I had it for lunch, started feeling a little sick in about an hour. Thought nothing of it but after I had the leftovers at dinner, my digestive track went on strike a couple hours after the last bite.
My partner didn't get sick but they didn't have a lot of veggies on their pizza. I'm thinking it may have been the tomatoes.
My stomach twists anytime I think about it. Tasted good tho.

The wait was extremely long. Waitress never came to ask if we needed refills. I asked for more info on kids cards as the ad online said in store only. She had no information on the promotion. She kept telling me that the promotion is online only, But I told her the ad stated in-store . She Told me she would ask the manager… came back 20 minutes later. We waited forever for our food. Mine was came cold but I was too hungry to complain. The place didn’t look that busy, but maybe the waitresses were new. I’m not sure. I don’t come here often but the overall experience was horrible.
This location is fantastic and I highly recommend it! The owners are amazing and Jessie is suppppper nice and friendly. I love coming herebwith the family, we always leave happy!!

Not quite sure who is actually running this place - it was a disaster last night.
Went with family - some confused older woman at desk said nit would be 10-15mins wait (that's fine) and took our number context when we were up.
30mins later a server comes outside where many people were waiting and tell us that we should wait inside near desk to remind the older lady we were still there. Told her i gave # for notification and she just laughed and said they never do that.
40mins later we were seated, 30 miss later only half of our group had drinks.
Finally got drinks and ordered 45 mins after being seated. 30mins for order to arrive.
Nearly 2.5hrs in total for a boston pizza meal.
Oh and the older lady - left with a family out front door midway through.
No control at all at this place.

Tonight was outstanding! The entire team — servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff — went above and beyond to make the night perfect. Even with the place being busy, service was quick, the food came out hot and delicious, and everyone was friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we had what we needed. You could really see how well the staff worked together, and it made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly one of the best visits I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
