Umm I went to Boston pizza with two friends tonight and it was the bartender that was in charge of our table. Only saw this guy 3 times and took them over 30 minutes to make our food just for it to be cold! I will never come back to this Boston pizza ever again. Just terrible service!

I had a server named Meg. She took others orders before ours even though we were there before the other customers. We had children and she didn't want to give them the sundaes that came with their meal. She never filled up my drink throughout the whole meal and didn't ask if the kids would like a refill. She was absent through out the whole meal. In total I was not happy with the service.

I really don’t understand the negative reviews at all here. Every time I’ve been here, it’s been great. Went with my wife tonight, and we had a taste of something new with the seasonal menu. Both plates were great, Meg offered great service, and we had a nice conversation with Jesse as well when they asked for feedback on the dishes we had. I’ve been to other Boston pizzas in the city and area and this is the one I prefer. I definitely will be back.
My grandmother and I went here for lunch last week- we had a great time! Our waitress was super nice, and our drinks/food were out quickly. My grandmother had the Jambalaya Fettucini and she said it was delicious (+spicy)! I had the NY Strip Loin Steak which to my surprise was very good, I usually get Pizza when I come here but wanted to try something different. I didn't want to get my hopes up- ordering a steak at a pizza place BUT I am glad to say that the steak was great!
I did bring my baby with me, and he got hungry and demanded to be fed immediately after getting our food. There was an older gentleman walking around (I think he may have been the owner?) that saw what was happening and offered to cut up my steak for me so I could still eat it hot while feeding my baby. I was so grateful, he was really kind and it was a sweet gesture. He said he was a grandpa, so he knew the struggles that we mama's go through!
This location really goes above and beyond, and we were very happy with our meals and experience. We shall be back!

Had a great time at this Boston Pizza! The staff is super friendly and the service was spot-on. The place has tons of screens showing sports, so it's perfect if you're looking to catch a game while enjoying some good food. The atmosphere is lively and fun. Shoutout to JC, the manager—he’s really personable and genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. Definitely recommend this spot, and the spinach dip!!!

We went to BP tonight, and was so disappointed. We sat in the bar area, and was sorry we did. It was very loud. We ordered an appetizer, it was very good. We ordered our main dish, and after waiting about an hour for our food, we got our bill and left. So disappointing.
Had my sons 4th birthday party here. It was a party of 11 people. We had it at 5pm, the restaurant wasn't super busy yet. Our waitress was AMAZING the food was delicious. The atmosphere was good. Overall 10/10 experience and would definitely do another party here.

I would give a zero. Came to celebrate may daughters 8 years birthday dinner. You know how much did they make her wait? 80 minutes!! She ended up crying, my little one. I had to go myself to the kitchen to ask for any (!) food for her. The waiter gave her 2(!) small soda crackers! For her birthday!!! Unbelievable. We were waiting in jackets, because it was cold freezing 🥶. The food finally came burned. 🤔 Avoid this place...

We always come here. Services is usually good. Tonight was a different story. Took us 59min to get our food. Never seen. Anything like it. Server was nice. But clearly there is issue with back of the house and management. Something is much different at this location now. Maybe new ownership. If that's the case I Epic fail. The hostess also didn't know what she was doing. She was lost. Just really bad experience
