⭐☆☆☆☆ One Star
Horrible management and terrible customer service. I ordered chicken fingers and fries, but when we got home and opened the box, there were only chicken fingers. I called the restaurant to explain the mistake. An employee answered, put me on hold for about 10 minutes, and then said he was in training and couldn’t help.
When the manager finally got on the phone, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She kept saying we “got what we paid for” and that we didn’t order fries, completely missing the point — the issue was that the order was prepared incorrectly. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me for the mistake.
She then offered to deliver the fries only if I paid the difference, which again missed the point entirely. When I tried to calmly explain, she said there was nothing she could do. She refused to give her name, said she didn’t care if I left a bad review, and was openly disrespectful the entire time.
This was some of the worst management behavior I’ve ever experienced. No accountability, no apology, and no care for the customer. I would strongly recommend staying away.
Just finished a lovely dinner with my husband at this Boston Pizza location and our waitress Meg was amazing! She is friendly, considerate and very attentive to our dining needs! Would 100% come back! The food at Boston Pizza is always delicious and the chocolate explosion cake is to die for 😋

We ordered appetizers (check the picture) both good. But pasta and fish tacos will not order next time. Probably stay with pizza, that's something they know how to make.

Cozy restaurant with ample seating. Great place to watch the game on the bar side or enjoy a family friendly environment on the dining side. Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Located just off Innes road which is practical!

I visited this Boston Pizza location with my boyfriend and ordered a new menu item. The menu didn’t clearly say it contained pork, and English isn’t my first language, so I rely on clear descriptions when choosing food. The item said porchetta in the description — but honestly, most people who don’t come from an Italian background wouldn’t know that word means pork.
As someone who looks Middle Eastern/Arab and avoids pork for cultural/religious reasons, it’s even more important that menus are clear about ingredients. I took one bite, immediately realized it tasted like pork, felt nauseous, and stopped eating.
When I told the manager and asked for it to be removed from the bill, she said it was “my fault.” AND was starting to get so defensive That response felt unprofessional and dismissive. I explained I didn’t know what porchetta meant and the dish was untouched except for one bite, but she still refused to remove it. Even the waitress was serving us said “if I was in charge I wouldn’t add it to the bill “
What made it worse is that she offered to make me a new dish. If they truly believed everything was my fault, they wouldn’t make a replacement when the manager literally said we can’t remove it off the bill cause it’s gonna be a waste but weren’t they gonna throw it to waste regardless? The fact that they were willing to remake it shows they knew there was an issue — yet they still refused to take the original off the bill. I wouldn’t have mind to pay for it if I actually ate it, especially cause i ordered many items and didn’t have a issue with it removing one off the bill wouldn’t even have done a crazy difference, just wouldn’t waste money on something I didn’t eat. and after taking the one bite my whole appetite just got ruined
I wasn’t trying to get something for free. I simply didn’t want to pay for food I couldn’t eat because of unclear wording. A chain restaurant should understand that customers come from many cultures and languages, and ingredients like pork should be CLEARLY stated.
This was a disappointing experience. Better communication and basic respect would have made all the difference.
