went with my uncle and had the Mediterranean pizza with side of blue cheese dip :) he said he didnt want to try my blue cheese dip because of childhood trauma. his trauma was one time a guy offered him a piece of blue cheese he cut with a pocket knife from his pocket and it disgusted him so much and he still thinks about it to this day. i think he has ocd. anyways! food was delish, brought the rest to go
I ordered a burger with fries at the front desk, and when I asked to have a seat to eat, they refused. The staff explained that I should have taken a seat first so that someone could come to serve me, and then I would be expected to pay a tip later. This was very disappointing, as I did not expect to be denied a seat simply because I ordered at the counter. It felt like I was being forced into tipping just to sit down, which is not fair or welcoming.
The food itself was average with nothing special to make up for the frustrating experience. A restaurant should provide clear instructions and treat customers equally, whether they order at the counter or through a server. Forcing customers into a tipping system just to have a place to sit leaves a very negative impression.

My company made a delivery order directly from the Boston pizza website for lunch. When it arrived we were missing several items that we had paid for. When we called Boston pizza to get our items that were already paid for sent they said there was nothing they could do except give us an email. So Boston pizza took our money and did NOT deliver everything we paid for, which is FRAUD!! We will never go to this place again as we have never had such a bad customer service experience.

Went with 4 other people. Two order of cactus cuts, very oily, soggy and not crispy at all. Ordered a Boston brute myself and it was cold. Asked for double meat and there was barely any meat on it. Server didn’t check in on us 1 time since we got our food yet walked by us multiple times.
