Visited this location for lunch. Ordered a GF chicken bacon club sandwich with rice. They have a fast lunch service but it’s at the detriment to the food. The chicken sandwich was clearly made with toppings that were premade and then warmed up, and the rice was barely warm. If I am going to pay $25 for a meal, I want it fresh. This was gross. I had the rice replaced with a Caesar salad instead of the rice but everything was so bad. I felt bad for the waitress that clearly knew it was bad and I can’t tip because the food is not worth it.

Ordered delivery, missing two a drink and a dessert, no cutlery provided. No mention cultery or napkins wouldn't be provided, so I couldn't eat the pasta when it arrived. (he place I ordered it to was a business)
Didnt matter because the carnivore pasta was disappointing, turned out to be loaded with mushrooms, and only little uncooked sausage. No mention on the menu of mushrooms in the ingredients.
Incredible experience at Boston Pizza - we were a huge group in town for a hockey tournament and came two nights in a row because the service was so excellent! Food was great, but service was truly above and beyond dealing with such a large group. Organized, patient and had everything down to a system 😊 Special thank you to Jasmine and to the amazing manager!

Thank you to this boston pizza location for accommodating us for 2 nights during our hockey tournament. We were 40 people, kids and adults , loud and rowdy. The restaurant was organized and patient. Accepted last minute reservations. They made our tournament weekend very memorable and fun.
