I would not recommend Boston Pizza after my recent visit. While my BBQ Chicken Pizza was decent, though slightly too sweet for my taste, the overall experience left much to be desired. My companion’s Hawaiian Pizza was excessively wet, with the toppings sliding off the slices, making it nearly impossible to enjoy.
We also tried the Mac and Cheese and a sandwich served with a salad. Both were just okay, nothing special or memorable, more like basic dishes that didn’t justify the price.
The worst part, however, was the service. After we had already paid, our server came back and asked for more tips, claiming the amount we gave wasn’t sufficient for him to share with his coworkers. This was an incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate situation that turned our meal into a nightmare.
With average food and this kind of service, I cannot recommend dining here.

We were there with our work group. The reservation stipulated that because we had a group of 15 or more that the 15% tip would be added on to the bill. I'm ok with that except that service needs to be good. It was not good at all. It took more then 30 minutes for some people to get a drink. No water was ever brought to the table. The food was good but again no one came to see if we were happy with our meals. Once the bill was received the server was not informing the people that the tip was already added on to the bill that they didn't need to pay extra for tip unless they wanted to. If you want the tip to be prepaid please ensure that your servers are doing the job. Former waitress here and service could of been so much better.
