I had an excellent experience at this Boston Pizza. The bar environment was spotless and well designed, food came out hot, fast, and with great presentation. Service was top notch, quick refills and regular check-ins without being overbearing. My server Troy was absolutely amazing…friendly, attentive, and made the visit even better. Easily one of the best Boston Pizza experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Boston Pizza and had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our server was attentive and made great recommendations. The food came out quickly and was delicious especially the Spicy Perogy Pizza and the Bandera Bread, which are always favorites. The atmosphere was casual and family-friendly, with lots of TVs for sports fans. Great place to hang out with friends or bring the family. Highly recommend.

I ordered a gluten-free fusilli with Cheese. The order arrived with missing cheese so what’s the point of paying extra. Poor attention to details of orders.
Went to Boston Pizza today hoping for some good food, however left hungrier than when I came in. We weren’t greeted by any staff and had to seat ourselves. A female waitress approached us and slammed the menus on the table. We waited 15 minutes with no service before walking out.

Honestly, I was really disappointed. The pizza arrived cold and didn’t taste fresh at all — definitely not worth the price. The service was slow and the staff didn’t seem welcoming or professional. I was really looking forward to trying this place, but I won’t be ordering again.

Unfortunately, my experience at this pizza place was very disappointing. The service was slow and disorganized — we waited over 40 minutes for our food with no explanation or apology. When the pizza finally arrived, it was bland and tasted like it was made with cheap or old ingredients. The crust was hard and unpleasant. To make things worse, the place didn’t feel clean and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
