Honestly, I was really disappointed. The pizza arrived cold and didn’t taste fresh at all — definitely not worth the price. The service was slow and the staff didn’t seem welcoming or professional. I was really looking forward to trying this place, but I won’t be ordering again.

Unfortunately, my experience at this pizza place was very disappointing. The service was slow and disorganized — we waited over 40 minutes for our food with no explanation or apology. When the pizza finally arrived, it was bland and tasted like it was made with cheap or old ingredients. The crust was hard and unpleasant. To make things worse, the place didn’t feel clean and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

To the waiter yen great service amazing support he’s very kind and positive and the food was pretty dang good we all got pizza and the pizza was not dry. Very fresh. Will definitely come back.

WORMS in my girlfriends veggie burger. She ran to the washroom and had to throw up. This is unacceptable. He understood why she was upset and crying and gave us some coupons, but that doesn't make up for the trauma. Will never eat at at this Boston pizza again. I was so shocked and confused i forgot to take a picture and the waiter took the plate to the kitchen. Very disgusting and disappointed.

It took forever to get our food, and when it finally came, it was lukewarm and didn’t taste fresh. The pasta was bland, and the pizza was soggy in the middle. Not what I expected for the price. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.

That was the case with our visit. We had a birthday party for my son (party of 10) and wow, we were taken care of. I wish I could remember her name, but she did fantastic.
We would definitely be back!

We brought two neurodiverse teens on a Valentine's date to BP Conroy (Ottawa). BP was their restaurant of choice for this special event. One section of the restaurant was very busy due to an unexpected large group. They opened up the bar section for us and various team members stepped up to serve us, including letting them have their own table. They were patient while they ordered and catered to them. Thank you Hannah C and team for making this a very pleasant experience. They had a great time!

Made sure we had all the extras we needed and always made herself available to us. All our dishes came out hot and quickly and correctly even with the customizations.
