First of all, amazing food! Flavours are amazing, always hits the spot. Secondly, today while I was ordering I witnessed an extremely rude, disruptive, and just distasteful customer who was unhappy and decided to try and stop everyone else from being serviced because they felt so entitled and selfish. But despite this ridiculous customer the girls at the front remained calm and extremely professional (they displayed far more kindness then I ever would have) they didn’t allow anyone else’s service to be disrupted and continued to provide excellent customer service to us. I felt compelled to share my experience and tell the staff how amazing they really are.

everything was good except that i ended up getting a stomach bug from this place. Had to be on antibiotics to overcome the symptoms. I doubt their hygiene practices were good.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend
I had a very disappointing experience at Bourbon St Grill. The staff at the front were extremely rude and clearly have no understanding of basic customer service. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, making the entire visit unpleasant.
On top of that, the food was completely tasteless. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business with such poor service and below-average food. If there were an official platform to report the conduct of their staff, I wouldn’t hesitate to file a complaint.
Definitely not going back, and I’d recommend others think twice before visiting.

Iv worked in the mall for about 2 years now and in less then 1 year i see ur end of night deals rise in price twice... ur almost at the point where its not worth it. U cant pick what u want and the price goes up. My store alone has a staff of around 50 ppl. We go here a lot for a meal at the end of work so we dont have to cook when we get home.... is the constant raising prices worth losing ur regulars.
