Poor service. They never get my order right. I got kafta kabab pita and it said hummus but there was just a small piece of kafta and no hummus? Also the creation pita had np omelet? Absolutely disgusting.

Literally the worst shawarma I’ve had. Dry chicken and actually forgot the sauce. It was dry chicken and cabbage. So many options in Ottawa, don’t choose this!

I recently visited Boustan Shawarma and I have to say, the food was absolutely fantastic! The shawarma was flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The portions were ok for the price , and the accompanying sauces were spot on, adding just the right amount of zest. The pita bread was fresh, and the whole meal left me wanting more. If you’re a fan of Lebanese cuisine, this place is a must-try.
However, my experience was slightly soured by the service. The employee behind the counter seemed more interested in making jokes at our expense rather than providing good customer service. It made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable and left a bad impression. I hope this is just an isolated incident because the food itself is too good to be overshadowed by poor service. I’d still recommend the restaurant for the food, but hopefully, the staff can work on creating a more welcoming environment.

i had 2 junior bowl and kafta combo , Honestly i wasn’t expecting that from boustan but they just changed my thoughts about them yesterday. They have a good customer service and best part is they doesn’t charge you for some stuffs which other restaurants would charge you .they will not say no to you but will let you know gently that it was extra but we are giving you ,so you can let us know next time before you pay And food were good specially the amount of meat they give it’s fine to be honest ,compared to other places. And you can hangout with friends here or can bring your family . I will come again next week for sure
