I’m Lebanese and I refuse to believe this is Lebanese owned. Why on gods green earth is your meat and chicken so dry? Like seriously that meat and chicken was so dry that I had to add my own homemade hummus onto it and why so stingey? I have paid about $24 for a platter and you guys give me no sauces at all? No hummus and no garlic sauce? Yeah no I’m never coming back here for my shawarma needs at all. Ridiculous, it’s insulting to claim you’re a Lebanese shawarma business when you can’t even get half of it right. I would never recommend this to any of my family.

So not commenting on the food, bc the food still tastes good. However, not sure if it was just the location i went to (ottawa) but the atmosphere wasn’t that clean and welcoming as I’d expect. Someone was cutting the shawarma, without wearing gloves - employees not in a costume etc. Also, the workers are not aligned with the culture of the food itself if that makes sense. Hard to explain. Even the toilets were not working.

The employee who made my wrap wiped his forehead and nose with his bare hands and then immediately grabbed my pita from the grill and put it in a bag without washing his hands or putting gloves on.
I ordered a bowl along with a few other items, but they forgot to include the rice and omelette in the bowl. The sandwiches seemed fine, but I’m pretty disappointed—especially since it was my first time trying this place. They also have very inaccurate nutritional facts listed on their website.

Placed an order through uber eats and I was shocked with how burnt the chicken was which in return ruined the taste of all the components of the plate and made it too bitter to be edible! I don't think any restaurant that gives a minimum care about their image or the quality of the food they're feeding their customers will EVER allow food to leave their store in such burnt state. Thanks for ruining my family's dinner plan.
