Such a hidden gem. Or a new neighbourhood discovery to us. We have been enjoying frequenting Bowman’s more regularly. Their service and food is consistently good. The last time we went, every table had at least one child at it. This speaks to the atmosphere and how accommodating and friendly the environment is for families.

The food is so good. The spicy Nachos have shredded roast beef that was so much better than ground beef. There were three of us so we also ordered the grilled cheese with pear, that was a grastonomic delight and the pulled pork with coleslaw was perfect. We sat outside and enjoyed a great meal.

We ordered in at Bowman’s for pick up and the chicken and waffles were dry and stiff, fries were soggy and they didn’t include any cutlery. When we called the to let the restaurant know, the employee spewed racial slurs and hate then proceeded to end the call in our face. terrible place. do not eat here.

Chicken & waffles Waffles & chicken was over cooked both hard, called the restaurant to let the employee know about the horrible food. Employee blamed me for picking the food up 10 minutes late and hung up in my face! She was very rude no apologies, after spending $80. Very poor customer service ? Never again!
French and speaking awkwardly English for the most part, we felt really welcome! The server was very funny and patient! We ate very well: it was simple but very tasty! I highly recommend!
