Old school diner. Cash only.
Great place to get breakfast - They have everything you’d associate with breakfast, bacon and eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, bagels with cream cheese!
I ordered their blueberry pancakes with breakfast sausages, tasted as you’d expect it to! It was hearty and filling - I did receive one singular pancake that was still a little liquid on the inside, sausages were just a little over. Other than that, food was great!
Service was fast, we got sat and received coffee right away. It didn’t take long or us to get our food when we ordered it. We got the bill right when we asked for it! They only take cash here, make sure you get cash before you come and eat. They do have an ATM at the back, but charges a fee to withdraw money.
Overall - This is definitely a place to come and check out if you’re ever in the mood for breakfast! Would come again!
Great place for brunch. Food is cooked well. Friendly service in a neighborhood way. Have been there numerous times and will fo back again.
Cash only. Food and place are 50s dinner style.
This is a nice quaint spot in the downtown area where I have been twice for breakfast. If you like a simple, no fuss, run of the mill and eatery, then this is your spot. I haven't tried anything beyond an omelette and classic eggs, bacon, home fries and toast so my comments are limited to that exposure. I found the breakfast plain, eggs slightly overcooked and meal although good, lacking overall. I love breakfast so for me, dry, overcooked eggs are a sin! To be fair, I would give this place another shot, trying something else on the menu. Just temper your expectations if you're used to a more gourmet breakfast. The ambiance is cool though as it has that old school diner vibe. Oh and it is cash only which can be a pain if you're not the type to carry cash!
Fast and great service, vintage vibes are wholesome. Cash only though!
Hours are wrong on Google. I showed up at 7:30 AM To find out they open at 8! Went to Elgin St diner instead. I tried to call to leave a message but they aren't set up for voicemail. Maybe next time...I do remember liking my last meal there.
Absolutely love this diner, the staff is so welcoming and friendly! The food is always served quickly and is excellent quality! And its very affordable! Would definitely recommend
Hands down my favourite breakfast place!
The food is always incredible as well as the staff.
Costanza is always welcoming with a friendly smile and always remembers her regulars. She is so pleasant and makes the dining experience so much greater! The potato bacon soup is absolutely incredible as well!
You automatically know your breakfast is gonna be outstanding when the inside of the establishment has that oldies 60s vibe going on and that it's cash only. Not only that but the food coming out of the open kitchen was awesome. You can see an older gentleman with the blue shirt cooking breakfast items and specialities with ease. This man's been working there for a while, that's for sure!
Overall, the prices are very fair and the service was so nice. Our server was a young blonde lady with small tattoos on her arms. She was wonderful, took care of me and my friend. she immediately and brought our plates. She also refilled our coffees with a beautiful attitude and smile.
The building could use a bit of TLC but other than that everything was excellent.
A solid 9/10
Thank you!

The Western Sandwich with a side of hash browns for breakfast hit the spot. I had not been there for a while but I saw a Reddit post over the weekend, so I just had to go back. In the photo, the red blurred box in the background is a box of Fruit Loops - great stuff for the kids.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bramesole Diner. The sun was shining, and it was my first visit. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and chose a cozy booth to settle into.
The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering how food costs are rising everywhere these days. A quick heads-up: it’s cash-only, but they have an ATM on-site, so it’s not a big deal.
The food? Incredible. I meant to snap a photo, but it was so good I couldn’t stop myself from diving in. The coffee was spot-on, too. The interior is cozy and spotless—passing even the high standards of my wife who has an eye for these things!
We left with full bellies, big smiles, and the perfect start to our Sunday. We’ll absolutely be returning on a regular basis, and I can’t recommend Bramesole Diner enough.
go through my reviews, they are negative more or less.....this place...gets 4 stars. been there 3 times so far, about to go for my 4th, and i cant complain about anything so far. and the one waitress who call us Chica...love it....makes my day when people go out of there way to be OTP kind and sweet.so thanks for being a postitive place for me. even though i ONLY knew of thi place because my ex would take his girlfriends there when he cheated on me. so one day i decided to go in and i dont regret it. it looks like its out of the 80s and early 90s. its cozy, homey and makes me remember better years.
This place has one of those 50s dinner vibes. Very nostalgic and very colourful. There are a few places that could use a little work.
I came in for a vegetarian breakfast… not much on the menu for that… not even eggs Florentine. But I respect that they know their limitations. Otherwise, there were lots of non veggie options.
I had the veggie breakfast… basically a regular breakfast with no meat so it is one of the cheapest tongs on the menu.
Not as cheap as a greasy spoon.
Great little diner with fantastic home fries and great prices. Great atmosphere too. Would highly recommend
